You do the right thing by providing health insurance to an employee team member. Then when that employee team member leaves and you inform BCBSND that they left and not only is BCBSND unresponsive but the company continues to ACH your account. That is not right.
The new updated website is horrible. Its not easy to use or navigate. Claims dont show up and its overall just horrible. The old one was so much better!! Please change it back
My family needs medical coverage so I deal with this company. but it has been a horrible. to many phone calls to many errors not a good experience at all.
This is the second time BCBS has failed to take any action on a pending claim. We’ve been on hold for 4 months now cause BCBS can’t figure their stuff out.
Website never is up and running. Tried to sign on since yesterday.
