Had an easy haircut, the lady was nice, but did not know how to cut short hair, I told her I’d be spiking it up and when I do now it’s uneven, the bangs were diagonal and choppy and I wanted it like a point in the middle, my side burns were uneven lengths, and the clipper she used was dirty and gave the back of my next red spots. I only quickly glanced when it was done and thought she did a good job so I didn’t ask it to be fixed. Amber if you are reading this, stick to long hair, it took me only 10 extra minutes to fix my hair at home so it would be even.Thea was my favorite haircut gal, she knew what she was doing but no idea if she works there anymore, lost her card.Please keep clippers clean Regis

I recently went into this place which I used to regularly go to and I need to look for a new haircutting salon to go to this was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life first ever charge $43 with a four dollar sanitization fee making my haircut cost $47 was in there for eight minutes and the girl butchered my hair three separate times I told her to go shorter and shorter and shorter in the end I just had to leave do not go here they do not know how to cut hair. For $50 you would expect a decent haircut for a man I’m embarrassed of my hair now and then I was forced to try to keep a mask on my face with my hands the entire time in the establishment I’m American I want to live free and I don’t believe in the mask

My daughter had her hair cut there the cut is extremely uneven and they charge twice as much as anywhere else for a childs haircut. I the stylist just started cutting didnt listen to what we wanted and we had to wait until she was done eating. I was there one other time and that experience was horrible as well I went for a hair color and was far from. What I wanted.and the stylist was just as unprofessional

Went in for a cut and had a pic of what I was looking for. It wasnt anything overly complicated and I am very not picky about my hair. But the gal who cut it literally left one side a full half inch longer than the other. And I have super weird chunks cut out in random places and it is overall really awful and uneven. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. I have never been unhappy with a haircut and I have had some questionable cuts before. Hut the level of bad for this one really did it for me. Will likely never be returning

I was in today and I received the best hair service. I love coming into Regis Salon. They always greet me with a smile. Tricia always does a great job with my color and haircut. I recommend Regis to all my family and friends.

Wife got her hair cut tonight, she paid 32 dollars and it is supposed to include wash cut and style. The woman did not wash her hair, barely cut it, and asked if she wanted it styled. Do your job people, if all the stuff is supposed to be included just do it! If it is that big of a deal that you are lazy and dont want to do what a person is paying for then give them a discount.

Took my 3 boys in for haircuts I was charged 31 dollars Each for hair cut and shampoo my boys never got a shampoo before or after not to mention the price goes up every time I’ve been there I’ve gone there 3 times and won’t ever go back lady was rude on the phone when making the appointment and when paying the bill FYI if the person is immature don’t put them in the customer service position to deal with customers a stuck up snotty high school girl is not who anyone wants to deal with pick a price for the service and give the customer what they are paying for if not then don’t charge customers for what didn’t get done ps the group of young High school kids hanging out and flirting with each other in the salon is really unprofessional

Stopped in for a quick trim, wash, and style & left regretting my decision on doing so. Not sure of the ladies name but she was very unprofessional and very rough on my hair. While washing my hair, she scrubbed my scalp so hard I almost told her to stop. I’ve never had such a hard time untangling my hair as she did and she blamed the sink for my hair being so difficult to handle. She said to me “Me and long hair just do not get along”.... who even says that to a client with long hair? I know the other hair stylist knew I felt uncomfortable as she watched her beat my hair to get tangles out. I ended up untangling the rest and had her blow dry my hair straight so I can leave. My hair felt worse afterward than it did when I got there... I will not be getting my hair done there again, that’s for sure.

I had a great stylist when I came in, but they way overcharged for a style and trim. I literally paid $50 to just get my split ends taken care of. I will be looking elsewhere.

The walk ins welcome sign was up, so I came in and waited because it appeared no one was there. Then a lady comes out from the back, says shes totally booked and shes the only one there. The whole time she gave me looks and acted like I was an inconvenience and doing something wrong. I walked out and she gave me a sarcastic sorry. Dont put a sign up that says walk ins welcome if they arent!

Rude and painful!I had Brooklyn doing a simple color to my ends and she was rude. Then she didnt know how to French braid so a different girl had to.

I went to Regis salon last night hoping to get a miracle done. I wanted my red and black hair transformed into blonde. My hair was resisting but my stylist did not give up. She tried hours helping me with my hair. Took us 2 days and she never gave up or sent me home without me being happy with my hair. During the process my stylist and the other workers made sure I was ok during the process. Asking if I needed water or food (I was there a long time) and they were making sure my scalp and hair wasnt getting damaged. In the end i got the style i wanted and i couldnt be happier. Best experience I have had at Regis salon. ❤❤❤

I went in to get highlights I was lied to and overcharged about sixty dollars ($160 total) for a maybe $70 job. Highly disappointed and wouldnt recommend. They added extra charges without telling me, ruined my hair, and were rude when I called to talk to the manager. $160 just for highlights that didnt even look professional.

I will never return here again , ive been twice and got the same exact thing , the last time I paid 150 and this time I was charged 260 , the only thing that looks any different at all is my roots , my hair didn’t get lighter or anything , I DO NOT recommend this place at all .

My son got a horrible haircut from great clips in bismarck and they fixed it for us even though they were about to close.

Why the hell u say u close at 7. I drove an hour to get a hair cut , and get there at 6:20, and they say theyre closed. They dont take anyone after 6:15. And only one person was getting hair cut. 😡
