Today I went in and got a haircut. I asked for a simple clean up because I’m trying to grow out my hair (was). After my haircut I looked in the mirror and saw that 10 months of hair growth had gone to waist and now I have to wait again for it to grow. Thanks for nothing Great Clips.

I grew my hair for a year so that I had length to work with in getting a new cut and style. My new do is terrible. Does not remotely resemble the picture or description I took with me. Some hair is so short I can hardly grasp it with my fingertips. Very upset. Cant do anything with it. Guess I will be looking for some cute hats. Thank you not Great Clips.

Quick effective service for a low price. Their app is convenient for checking, or you can just come early and get in the door like I did last week. The staff is very friendly and I repeatedly go back again and again.

I went in to get a mullet and there’s this women. I show her 2 pictures of the sides and front and tell her almost everything.. I feel like she glanced at the pictures and didn’t pay any attention to me. She rushes through my hair and styled it poorly.

This place is awesome. I am so happy you are still open. When they say essential workers you are part of that title.

As in the name GREAT clips. I highly recommend Great Clips for anyone who needs a haircut. I scheduled a hair appointment in the morning and they were able to get me in for a haircut pretty quickly, it didnt take to much of my time.

Overall an great place to get a haircut. Cheaper rates than any place Ive been too, and the employees do a great job. My last experience was great, the person cutting my hair took three time, not rushing through, making sure every detail was good. If youre going for a simple haircut for a good price, I would recommend this place.

I went there for an appointment for a normal haircut on December 1st and received some of the poorest customer service Ive seen in any business. I normally dont like to do negative reviews but this was really bad. So the entire time the lady cutting my hair was talking with the other ladies while staring out into the parking lot. This was only a problem because she repeatedly batted my head to fluff my hair but anytime she got distracted by the parking lot or other workers, shed hit twice as hard. So I ended up with a headache to end all headaches and a very mediocre haircut. Go somewhere else, its clear management has slipped up at this place.

Love the online check-in feature! Tymera and Hazel both did a great job on my kids hair. Hazel did a fun hair-do for my 8 year old. I paid a lot for it, but she earned it as it took awhile. My daughter is so proud of her hair!

Fastest haircut I’ve ever received. It may have been without a shampoo & style but it was exactly what I was looking for. I’ll do it again with Tymera when I’m in a jam or can’t get away from work.

I love this place. Every fall there is the option to buy a gift card that lets you spend the money for haircuts at a discount - $9.99 instead of the regular $14 per cut. I bought a years worth of haircuts this past fall and have been getting my hair cut way more regularly than I have in the past. Enjoying my clean cut look! I also love that I can check in to the store from my app. There are two in town here, so I look to see which one has the shorter wait on the app then head to that one. Ive had a different stylist every time, but Ive never had a bad cut. Will be back again in just a few weeks!!

Get you in quick and it looks like they do great with adult haircuts. Kids haircuts are ok and they do well with the kids. But sometimes uneven or long stands if hair still.

I usually go here a lot, I got this girl I’ve never had before I think she was Latina ethnicity and she completely messed up my hair, one of my sideburns is diagonal to the other. I usually go there and get two lines in my hair on one side the top being 2” and the bottom being 1.5” and she completely messed up the first one being crooked and one part of it thicker than the other, i just told her to stop after that. I recommend finding a regular barber in Bismark than going here, I’m in middle school and kids are brutal when it comes to bullying about this type of thing.

Normally an ok place to get a quick haircut. My son dropped in today and some guy butchered his hair. One side burn was an inch longer than the other and all the hair on that side of his head is longer.. The top Im not sure what the heck is going on. Of coarse my teenage son paid left.

Great price but the lady cut one side of my hair longer than the other!! Ugh the back is uneven didn’t noice before I left cause I had a sweatshirt on. Will be going back to have SOMEONE ELSE FIX IT.

I went to Great Clips in Pinehurst Square West. Bismarck, NDHeather K. was my stylist i was in for about 5 minutes i did not request a complicated hair cut. she was in a terrible mood would toss clipper guards on her table when she was done with them, i did not get the white tissue to protect hair from going down my back and there was nothing nice about the haircut i got. i payed $13 to get my head violated. some one needs to have a talk with Heather K. I do realize that not every one can be in a good mood %100 of the time but if i treated customers like that i would have been fired on the spot. Very very disappointed, i would not recommend to any one who isnt into pain.

Checked in online at 1:38, said a 43 minute wait, checked in at 2:15. Waited for over 20minutes and noticed people who checked in AFTER me were getting their haircut right away. So I asked to make sure that I was checked in, and I was told I had to wait 15minutes. So I walked out because Im not going to sit in the store and wait for OVER 35mins! Ridiculous. Drove all the way up north soley for the haircut and I drove home with wasted time and disappointment.

The hairstylist that cut my hair did the opposite of what I asked her to do. I asked for long in the front and short in the back like a long bob. She cut my hair short in the front and long in the back. She cut it too short for it to be fixed.

Had terrible service. Sat in bar . Took forever to get the nachos I ordered and another beer.

They didnt listen to what I wanted. Very poor customer service. I will not be back nor will I recommend to any one.

Registered on line, said my appt was in 20 minutes, got there on time and they told me I had to wait another 15 minutes cause someone went to lunch, so theres no advantage to registering on line, and it doesnt save any time, could just go elsewhere where I can call and make an appointment show up on time and get in at that time
