The wait time is ridiculous. There is no respect of patient’s time. And the parking and elevator situation is a nightmare. Do not go here!

I have gone here since 2017, had both of my children here. I loved almost everything, the staff were wonderful and very thorough in explaining everything to me as it was happening, until my second pregnancy. My second pregnancy appointments were fine. Waited longer times to see doctor schulman but that was okay because I liked the place. Flash forward to being induced. Pitocin was pushed excessively even after I had been progressing by myself. Stress and a prolapsed cord sent me into an emergency c section (my first c section) I had trouble with recovery compared to my natural birth two years prior. The nurses this time were not very kind, didn’t help me walk or use the restroom or shower, they were never on time for my medication leaving me in a lot of unbearable pain and tears. I recently called to see about switching to a different doctor for personal preference reasons. They told me I would not be aloud to switch within the practice. I feel as though this shouldn’t be the case. Dr schulman is great but not for me and a different doctor in the same office specializes in what I am seeking treatment for but it’s not aloud unless I am pregnant. Please just consider these things before coming here. Office staff is not friendly anymore and you don’t get to choose a doctor if you have a specific need to be met other than pregnancy!

I understand having rules when it comes to Covid. There should be some exceptions when you have to bring your 73 year old mother for an appointment and she gets very confused and can’t remember important details to tell the doctor, plus gets confused on what the doctor tells her. I had to wait in the hallway and then receive a call after the appointment is over!!!! I’m my mom’s caregiver and I’m a nurse. This is not good care in my opinion. Communication is an important role in good healthcare when it comes to the elderly patients.

Office staff are horrible these days. They only see clients as a time slot and could care less about the actual person. Unfortunately, it seems this doctors office is one of those offices. I had confirmed my appt for 04/15 at 8:30 with Dr. Reddington. I had gotten a reminder for the appt. I got up today an hour early and dressed myself and my toddler which as any mother knows is a task in itself getting us out of the door. I drove 45 minutes in rush hour traffic only to have the office staff upon arrival let me know that they are not allowing children and I could not keep my appointment. There was no hint of empathizing when this was said to me. It was just an I am sorry we dont allow children as if I had done something wrong by bringing my child. I asked why they do not let people know this? I got no response. I was simply stared at and told I would have to reschedule. This is ridiculous and just another example of how the office staff could care less about the patient. I wasted almost 2 hours trying to get there and for nothing! The mask mandate has been lifted Grandview OBGYN. At the very least, you could try to give an inclination of caring by trying to let patients know beforehand that your rules are outdated and we will have to comply. If I didnt have utmost respect for Dr. Reddington, I would most certainly be finding a new doctor. BE AWARE that if you go to this office you need to make sure you call prior to your appt to check on what the rules are because they certainly are not trying to let their patients know to save them any hassle!

I would not recommend they told me something was seriously wrong but then sent me away. The ultrasound tech and staff are incredibly rude

Love love love Dr. Virgina Winston! She delivered my first baby and if it weren’t for a change of insurance she would be delivering this one too. She’s so consistent and her attitude never once changed, on top of that she is very helpful. -Candace Gunn

Horrible staff. Can not get you in for emergencies. Would not recommend.
