I love to go here and see Dr. Hooks. She is so passionate and caring and really take the time to listen to what the patients have going on with our health. Thank you for all you do Dr.Hooks ❤

I was refused care from Dr because I did not wear a mask. I had been sitting in the waiting area with other patients, without one. Once they took me back, they refused me care. I am a diabetic and this was a much needed visit. I explained I have PTSD and cannot wear a mask. No one was concerned nor offered anything other option but a virtual visit. You cannot do blood work through a virtual visit. Very poor professionalism and did not reflect the basic care a patient needs.

New people since Jan 2020 awful. Will never go back, after being a patient there for many years. Dr Renee Harmon was great. BIG change since she retired. Go elsewhere!Regarding the response: I tried to give you several more chances after the 1st visit, both by phone & in person. I was refused a phone call from the nurse who had given me incorrect info. I was refused the opportunity to see her when I was there in person, unless I waited till 5 PM when she was off. I did NOT ask to speak to or see the nurse practitioner. I asked to speak to the nurse who called me w/ lab results that were different from the hard copies I picked up. The office manager could not explain why the lab stated incorrect labs were sent for the test requested but I was told the test (that was not done) was normal. I remained VERY ill for 6 more weeks, but was only offered a 2nd appointment w/ the nurse practitioner, not the doctor. I had been a patient there for over 10 years w/ Dr Harmon. Since Ascention bought St Vincent care has gone downhill all over town, including the hospital. So no, no more chances.

I have to drive a little further now but Dr. Miller and Keeley are worth it! This was my first time at this location and the staff was awesome!
