I love Orangetheory 💛!!! Its about as easy as working out gets!
Not for me! To intense was not what I expected I suggest anyone over 50 and up make sure your in good health before trying this work out, If health is not up to park this may not be the place for you.

Didn’t late cancel. Tried to take a class from out of town. I was more than five minutes late. They turned me away.
Worked out in here while I was in Birmingham on travel assignment for work, and absolutely loved this gym and coaches so much! This OTF studio was legit the only reason I was sad this work assignment ended ;)Coach Ashley and Coach Nigel were amazing, and made sure to get to know me while I was in town for 2+ months. What an awesome way to feel a part of something when youre new! Will miss working out with them, and should I end up in Bham again I know exactly where Ill be going OTF Downtown!Thanks for the great experience!
Great workout been going there for over 3.5 years. Coaches/ staff and equipment are top class.
Friendly staff that treats regulars, new comers, and random members from our of town like friends and theyll even remember you. Looking forward to many more workouts with this team.
