Good for an inexpensive gym. They do charge and extra $2 a month on your bill each time. They also charged me once or twice a random fee that they couldn’t really explain when I asked. Said it was because I typed my member number wrong when editing my account… So, a little crooked as far as billing goes. They do a good job keeping the gym clean. The free weight area is really nice. The spin classes aren’t good. I joined the gym for the spin classes and was pretty disappointed. There aren’t many in person classes available so you usually go to virtual recorded classes which just aren’t the same. Also, this gym is extremely popular so it’s usually packed.

I really like coming here. Its overwhelming at first with all the machines and people, but the more you come the easier it gets. Just put in some headphones and do your thing.

I love the gym and the staff is usually great. But hearing the girl at the front talk trash about the customers is beyond what I look for in the gym. I’ve been going here since it opened and she just makes the environment toxic.

Gym has everything you need when it comes to equipment, staff is decent, mostly friendly. I love the support of military, EMS and police displayed in the lobby. One complaint, they can’t really change is THIS GYM STAYS PACKED! 24/7…weekends, holidays, rain storms, zombies. It’s a very young crowd as well, lots of tight short shorts and Instagram models. “If U WaNNA hANG 4 a Cull LIfT aFTEr Skool Brah” this is your place, but if you’re older, try somewhere else honestly.

I LOVE this gym. The machines are the best in the area as far as quality and diversity. Everything is spread out. Clean. Love the people! It’s open 24-7. Price is ridiculously reasonable. And when we joined it was the best music!!! BUT lately... it’s awful 80s rock like EVERY other gym in America. It’s terrible! I used to love coming here. It was my favorite two hours of my day... now I hate it. Seriously cannot eye roll enough.

Just would to give 5 stars to make up for the goober complaining about what music is playing. Oh poo. Poor babys. The horror. The pain is must endure in your short sided view of life

I visited here during a short stay in Birmingham. This gym was great. Great selection of free weights and hammer strength type machines. Very clean and quality equipment.

I love this gym! I am greeted with a smile every time I go in, and told to have a good day when I leave. The gym is large, and has plenty of equipment, any wait is minimal, but it is only because of social distancing. The staff has always been pleasant, professional., and eager to help. I highly recommend this gym!

The gym is the real deal. The staff has been nothing but friendly. They offer two huge free weights area. They also have very clean locker rooms and restrooms. I highly recommend this gym. Proud member!

The gym is nice and very neat but the young blond man was extremely rude to me. I inquired about 2 months ago and a manager told me if my father who is elderly (77) does not have a smart phone, he would give him a member number and there would be no issue checking in to the club. The gym is extremely nice but a rude staff will deter anyone from growing a business. Get it together. Customer Service was horrible and the young man was rude to his staff.

This stuff is amazing and super friendly and the facility is GREAT. By looking at the gym you would expect to pay a very high membership price but the memberships are extremely affordable. I had an issue with billing and the staff was very attentive and very willing to help me even though it was my mistake (I thought I was charged twice).

Great variety of new and up-kept equipment, affordable membership prices, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable staff hours and 24 hour access, SOO many great amenities, great location, and plenty of room to workout with social distancing! Love CLUB4!

Club 4 Fitness is very large, and has all the things that any gym has, and a whole lot more! The people who work there are all really nice. If you like to stay fit, and look your best, Club 4 Fitness is the place to go!

Great place to work out. Jamila Greene and Davina Bell are two outstanding fitness instructors. Jamila Greene has a great rpm indoor cycling class. Davina Bell teaches Zumba on Wednesdays, as well as Thursday evening. Faculty is new. Great massage chairs. Helpful personal trainers.

Ok- it’s a good gym with nice equipment. But it’s extremely unprofessional. The employees don’t wear masks and the childcare area seems to be unprofessional. The free weight room is nice and the locker rooms are clean. The cycling room is alright- there are virtual classes pretty much only, which is just a recording of some le mills classes. It’s an inexpensive gym, which is nice. But poor quality.
