Receptionist Abigail needs to be replaced. She was unprofessional, rude, told me to leave when I asked for her name! Then when the third party who set up my drug screen called, Abigail put her on hold and ILLEGALLY PROCESSED MY PAPERWORK and said I refused to test!! When she told me to leave the facility. I will be getting my lawyer involved. !! Place needs to be shut down. I only went here because they had 3 stars. Hope you aren’t fooled like me.

The facility was clean and everyone in it was very professional ! My last pre-employment screen I was sent to a Doc N the Box where I waited for over an hour to be seen. MedScreens staff had me in and out in about 15 min.

This place needs a new staff. They are unprofessional and rude! Owner needs to check into this. It seems like an ongoing problem.
