Went to get a test run for medical reasons. got to the office and they said I need my doctor to order it. couldnt get a hold of my doctor while I was there but the nurse said if they get the order in by the end of the day theyll run it, if not theyll throw it away. an hour later got in touch with my doctor and he sent the order and got confirmation back from them. 2 days later called and they had thrown the sample away. got my doctor to order another test and called them to verify they received it. its been a month now and I have called repeatedly and left full messages with callback numbers. they have not answered or called me back.

The staff was super friendly and attentive . The phlebotomists was phenomenal and made getting blood drawn as quick and painless as she possibly could . I only have one good vein for getting blood drawn and it’s still pretty small but she got it on the first try and had two vials of blood within maybe 45seconds . I’m always nervous about getting my blood taken but I would totally go back to her if given the choice ! 10/10 !

Walk-ins welcome but I made an appointment online. used their self check in on my phone and waited in the car. they got me in and out like that. no problems!

I went to to the Montclair Road location yesterday afternoon. Once I arrived, I noticed that the location was temporarily closed, however, the Narrows Parkway location information was posted on the door. I attempted to call before driving an additional 30 minutes to this location, but of course no one answered. I arrived around 3:15 pm. The employee at the front desk informed me that they stop urine drug testing at 3:00 pm. The sign at the door clearly states drug screen collection times are 8-11 am and 1:30- 3:30pm. Furthermore, they do not close until 4:00. So clearly someone is lying or just wants to get off work early. Overall very unprofessional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and my instructions were clear. Kiosk check in is very simple.

Great Customer Service from Sharon at LabCorp. Making sure the appropriate tests were ordered FROM physicians staff is very important. Very quick, efficient service here.

I just went for my drug test at this location and my first impression was very poor with the front desk to the administrator. I was warmly welcomed to the office and she advised me about my QR code like I knew what she was talking about. After I retrieved my code and asked for me to be seated the administrator came to the door and just stood there without any type of welcome or her name. As we proceeded to the back she gave instructions from her backside that I didnt understand as well and the whole experience was awful. I wouldnt go back to this location at all.

I had an amazing and quick visit! After visiting the labcorp in Jackson Hospital and having a horrible experience, I appreciated the positive atmosphere here and the wonderful lady that took my blood , Ms. Takeisha. She kept/maintained a cheerful disposition and calming conversation. I definitely will return to this labcorp again!!

Worst health type care ever. One person working in office. 10 people waiting for tests. They must make money and high stock prices because no overhead for staffing. When have 2 hour window for employee drug screens their bread and butter here you would think have more than one person working.G

This was my 2nd visit. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and quick.

Always on time and curteous. Usually only one in the office but still on time when Ive scheduled on line.

I see why 2 stars, unconcerned company, along with employees. I called needing info on a Monday morning, to possibly speak with someone about getting lab work or an appointment.I spoke with a female named Angela, she was so unprofessional and impatient, while I was still talking she slammed the phone down, and I have yet to speak with someone and it’s late Tuesday afternoon.Beware of this company and Angela.

Its been two weeks and neither my potential employer or myself have receive my results.
