Pet Stop has been great for us. Their people have always been professional and taught us how to humanely train our pets to use the system. As our needs have changed, weve had to change our configuration several times. The guys at Pet Stop have always done great work and have been a great resource as we considered various options. This electric fence has been a lifesaver. This has been the only thing that has kept our newest rescue from making an escape. Our pups are able to roam in the front and back without worry. Now we can open the front door without panicking. Love this company. We are actually using them again as we are moving next week. I would recommend them to anyone!

Installed two systems for us, each about an acre in size. Finished each in a days time ( were in very rough terrain). Our dog picked it up very quickly and with the system that very gradually increased the correction strength, I felt it was very humane. He never comes close to the border area anymore, with or without the collar. Highly recommended. Had tried a GPS system prior, with poor results.

We purchased a home that was already a Pet Stop customer and needed to get our dogs trained on the fence. They were extremely responsive to our request and trained our dogs without any incidents. Also when our street was ripped up to be replaced and the construction workers ripped our fence line they quickly came out to address the issue. They respect their customers and their fur babies.

Pet Stop of AL has been amazing for our 2 large Cane Corsos! With a simple installation and a short time of training our dogs are able to enjoy our entire 1 acre property. Even with the drive of our giant breed working dogs I do not second guess letting them outside on their own to potty, exercise, or just hang out with us. It is a REAL freedom for our dogs! With people walking dogs, cats passing by, squirrels and other temptations they may bark but they NEVER leave the property. Pet Stop has really been a blessing for us and our dogs! It has even given confidence to our neighbors as they too have come to trust our Pet Stop system and can enjoy our intense looking dogs for the big babies they are.

We have used Pet Stop for about 18 years and with 2 dogs. We even transferred our system when we recently moved. They have been so great about installation, training and ongoing service and I feel like their pricing is always fair. Would highly recommend Per Stop and we would definitely use them again.

Rob McDonald with PetStop was organized and professional. He installed an invisible fence around a garden that my dog enjoyed digging in. He then spent time training my dog with the provided collar. We became PetStop pet fence systems customers about 20 years ago. The system is fail proof. Over the years, We have trained about 12 dogs to the system. Most learn the first day. Our most recent trainee was just a couple months ago. One day, done. This fence has allowed our pups to run free on our 3.5 acres. When we first used the system, we had a digger. He was a Houdini, our hardest to train. But once trained, he stayed contained. Rob and Keith are amazing to work with. The customer service is impecable. Cost is pretty much up front. You will NOT regret purchasing a Pet Stop fence.

I was sold on the company and the effectiveness of their product. The product hasnt worked as well I would like, but that could have been an issue with my training. However, the dealers havent had the best customer service. For example, they cut my internet wire when installing the fence, charged me $150 for a service call and didnt bury the wire. Lastly, we have our scheduled training and they were late. Every time you call them they explain how you are doing something incorrectly.

Installation and training was great

The Pet Stop Fence System AND Training was the best investment I have made for my dog! I was hesitant at first because of the cost and I wasnt sure if my dog would respond well to it. Rob trained my dog Brie in less than 2 weeks! She is happy and I dont worry about her roaming the neighborhood or getting hit by a car. She loves being outside, and I can feel comfortable letting her out without supervision. We all win!!!

I have spent a good amount of money with Pet Stop. Their products are expensive, but good. Their customer service is good if you can get them on the phone, but they seem short-staffed. They have returned 1 of 3 phone calls thus far. Two of my message were left around 9am on two separate days, but as of close of business, no response. Disappointing.

We got an electric fence for our high energy German Short Haired puppy. It’s been amazing and now he can play in the whole yard without worrying about cars. They were able to adjust the fence settings remotely when we needed things changed at first and very easy to communicate with.
