Dr. Clifton and his staff are amazing! Very professional and personable. They are very efficient and dont waste your time yet spend time with you to address all of your needs. I highly recommend Seale Harris Clinic and Dr. Clifton!

I have been seeing Dr Clifton since 2005! He is an amazing Doctor who really cares about his patients! I never feel as though he is rushing through the appointment. He is truly one on a million!

The nicest doctor I have ever met. Not only did he ease my mind about everything I was worried about he also went above that and just made it feel like a normal conversation. He sat with me for as long as I needed and nothing felt rushed. Dr. Clifton is by far the best doctor I have ever been to.

Excellent service and efficient office

Told me I was in Stage 1 to 4 kidney failure ( I wasn’t ) misdiagnosed me when I had Hernia problems ( burst ) which put me in the hospital for five months, physical therapy for two months and still having problems almost four years later.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Jeffery Clifton for over a decade. The staff has always been friendly and it doesnt take long to be seen.

Dr. Clifton is the best! He questions and listens. He is easy to talk with. His staff is always quick to respond and helpful. Very knowledgeable doctor. He referrs if he needs to.

WORST DOCTOR EVER. My blood pressure was very high and I knew something was wrong. Instead of listening to me he BANNED me from Seale Harris. Now, after extensive testing it looks like I have a rare tumor causing the high blood pressure in my adrenal gland. In my opinion he is soulless and evil.

Dr. Clifton is the best. He has never failed me. Explains in details and always get right on the problem. He sit down and listens to me. Thank you Dr. Clifton.Problem. .

My husband and I, along with our adult married kids, all see Dr. Clifton. We think he is awesome. Love the staff too. He has an excellent nurse practitioner we have seen and got great care. Been there at least 15 years. Dr. Clifton is kind, caring, takes time to explain. We trust him. We are seniors and love that we can get whatever labs, tests, x-rays, sonograms, EKG, right there in the office. When a CT scan was needed, we walked over to the hospital and had that done the same day. I guess anyone can have a bad experience but for me and my house, we want a doctor who knows his stuff, can communicate well, and cares. We hope Dr Clifton never retires!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Clifton for several years. We were at Seale Harris before with Dr Preston and after he left, changed to Dr Clifton. Initially, I felt like the waiting times in each area were too long, but they have made improvements that have decreased the wait times. The check in kiosks really help. Ive always felt like Dr Clifton has my best interest at heart. He is very thorough and spends as much time as you need when its your turn to be seen. That could be why there are longer wait times. I trust his medical expertise and appreciate his bedside manner.

Love Dr Clifton but the office is horrible. Will for sure miss Dr Clifton but we can not keep paying for insurance and then Everytime I go pay 150 plus out of pocket. And I have spoken to our insurance they are kicking it out because of the pricing being sent to them and a couple of other things. And the office staff does not send bills out then gets super rude when you ask to make arrangements.

Dr Clifton & his staff are the best! He takes his time, very thorough & explains in detail. Almost unheard these days!

Look elsewhere, anywhere! A doc in the box is far better! Bad office, doctors, and nurses. Theyve treated my colds and even the a bad case of the flu last year with no problem. After seeing Clifton for years, quality of the office has declined. I wasnt happy about this but it wasnt the end of the world. Went to see them recently with severe stomach pain, they took weeks to schedule a simple hida scan. Turns out I need my gallbladder removed after waiting for weeks in agonizing pain with no medication. This was even after I called them several times asking for help. After getting my results, I promptly asked for a referral to a different doctor. When I questioned their office about not calling people back, leaving me in pain, etc. they suggested that I visit the ER and claimed theyd refer me to a general surgeon. Guess what, they never did. I had to call more times and practically begged for a Gastroenterologist referral. They finally did but only after I called the referral doc. I got a letter from Clifton today asking me to look for another doc. Wow! So if you might be REALLY sick... they dont care. You are more likely to get help for a simple cold than something serious which really makes alot of sense. Avoid them like the plague! If you get the plague dont go there lol!

Great family physician. My grandmother was a Seal Harris client, prior to Dr Clifton. Both my parents are his clients as well as myself. He treats you as a person not a Medical Records #.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I went there for two years but things kept getting worst. I tried to hang in there but I realize they did not care about me as a patient. All they cared about was money. Every time I visited they were always trying to collect a co-pay from my husband and me even after out deductibles were met. I had to call my insurance every time I visited to have them tell the manager that I do not have a co-pay. I was having some issues with my ear nose and throat, they gave me medication three different times for the same problem, it did not help. I ask could they refer me to an ENT Robin flat out told me NO! I expressed to them that it seems like that they are more concern about getting money than me as their patient. Next thing I know I got a letter from Dr Clifton telling me they were no longer going to see me. These people are very prejudiced towards blacks. Please DO NOT chose Seal Harris Clinic as your doctor. Oh yea! and another time I was coughing out of control. Emily Tidwell told me that I had bronchitis two different time. I was given steroids shots several rounds of antibiotic and cough medicine that was not covered by my insurance. After about 3 months of coughing I asked to see a Pulmonary only to find out that I was allergic to lisinopril that Emily Tidwell had prescribe.

This is office has the worst turn over rate Ive ever seen. They treat the employees like garbage. Just a money mill running unnecessary and frivolous testing. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE.

I went to the doctors office complaining of abdominal pain on the right side of my body. I also inform them I had shortness of breath. The lady took my temp and saw I was running a fever and also saw my blood pressure was high. Said that was probably causing the headaches. Before the doctor got any lab results back he ordered a shot that was to help with the abdominal pain. He said I had ovarian cysts and that he would prescribe me some medicine. That shot he gave me makes everything I eat now taste like sand paper and my hold entire body hurt the next day. I was throwing up and everything. Couldn’t make it back to them the next day went to er where I was given an iv drip and antibiotics for a real bad bladder infection. Because of that shot everything was much worse than it needed to be. I have been in pain, can’t go to work, can’t eat, and can’t properly take care my kids. They called me 3 days later talking bout your labs are back and we sent you some antibiotics to the pharmacy. So y’all just gave me a shot not knowing what was wrong with me. They refused to feel out my fmla paperwork for my job and told me to have emergency room fill it out. Which emergency room says they do not do. They tried to tell me the shot was just a pian shot but it burned like a steroid shot. I’m in jeopardy of losing my job and these people could care less. Do not I repeat do not go to this doctor.

I have been very happy with the staff at Seale Harris. The same people have taken my blood and labs for 10 years.

Im perplexed by the bad reviews here. My husband and I have been entrusting our general healthcare to Dr. Clifton and the Seale Harris Clinic for many years. Nothing negative to report at all. Dr. Preston was my primary physician with the group until he left to pursue other interests. This was probably fifteen years ago and Dr. Clifton has been my primary care physician ever since. My husband has been seeing him for well over ten years with no complaints. Ill tell you what I enjoy about him and the Seale Harris Clinic - Everything is done in house. No running around to this lab and that lab to get a blood test or a lung x-ray. Even bone density tests are performed on site. Granted, my husband and I are having our wellness check ups when we see Dr. Clifton. We are usually in good health with no complaints. However, some years back, Jerry experienced a serious UTI for which he received the proper diagnosis and the proper medication. Also, I was suffering with a severe cough one winter that I could not shake. Finally, I relented and went to see another doctor at the Clinic because Dr. Clifton was on vacation (it was near Christmas). Turned out that I had pneumonia. I promptly got the proper injections and prescriptions called into my local pharmacy. I was instructed to stay warm and get plenty of rest. Within one week, I was much improved. All I can possibly say about this group of doctors would be positive. Same day appointments with skilled physicians are almost unheard of, but Seale Harris Clinic offers this service. My husband and I intend to stay with Dr. Clifton until we die or he retires. Hes a wonderful person and an excellent family physician.
