Great doctor. Throat surgery went well and no problems afterwards.

Best doctor so far. And I have been to some of them...He takes his time to explain everything, he is funny and nice. I did not feel stupid to ask questions (what should be normal, but it is not). All in all it was a great atmosphere in the office and I left with the feeling that I got a really good treatment.

Great Doctor!!! He takes time with me to explain whats going on (symptoms) and how he plans to fix and manage these problems. He explains everything until he is sure that I understand. I have been very impressed with his care. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends (or anyone for that matter).

Hands-down the best doctor I have ever met or had. I live in Auburn and did extensive research on who I was going to go to for my chronic sinus issues. I thank God that I found Dr.Routman. He has changed my life. I had chronic sinus infections- 6 or 7 a year for the better part of 10 years. Dr. Routman identified the problem, thoroughly explained to me in a way I understand and executed the procedures flawlessly. Dr. Routman has tremendous bed-side manner & truly cares about his patients. Without question one of the best doctors I have ever been too! Thoroughly diagnosed and explained my condition even going so far as to pull up illustrations on his computer of what my condition looked like. Instead of only giving me medicinal options for treatment, he FIRST gave me dietary options and would prescribe pills only if adjustments in my diet didnt work. I really appreciated that. I give Dr. Routman my highest recommendation. Make him your first choice.

The staff was very helpful and worked me in on short notice. The doctor listened intently to the history of my condition. He gave me a good description of the diagnosis and implemented a good course of action.

How Balance Billing Works: They bill your insurance, insurance pays a discounted rate, then this doctors medical billing person, Sharron, bills you for the discount the insurance company receives contractually from the Doctor. This is illegal in 10++ states, but Alabama is behind on most things, including this. BUYER BEWARE!

Staff was polite and helpful, not something I can say about many doctors offices. Dr. Routman takes the time to hear your concerns and discusses your options at a level that is easy to understand.

I had a very nice visit to Dr. Routmans office. The service was fast and the staff are friendly. Dr. Routman is very friendly and helpful. He took time to explain what was happening and how he would fix it.

I like the Doctor but the billing people need to get their act together. Me and child has went there and they are trying to double dip and make more money. Like by billing my insurance company 2 times on 2 different dates and years for the same thing. I know for a fact you do not bill a patient for follow up after surgery. I WORK WITH INSURANCE.

He doesnt make you feel rushed or that you are just another patient, but makes an effort to show you that he cares about what is going on with you.
