When in for a procedure with Dr Wade and was out quickly. He talked to me during the procedure which kept me engaged and made the procedure go by quickly. Didn’t feel a thing.

Dr. Wade is a fabulous physician. He leaves no stone unturned (excuse the pun). He is only rivaled by his staff in efficiency. I have numerous physicians attend me both military and civilian. He is the example all physicians should seek to emulate.

I was miserable,cranky and feeling the worst ive ever felt and most of all scared. I saw P.A Hannah and felt at ease just with her presence and Dr Wade performed my procedure and he was very thourough and kind. From the front desk all the wAy to operating table i feel these guys are the best.

In a nutshell, Dr. Brian Wade was instrumental in saving my life. He believed me when 2 other physicians discounted my complaint of unusual bleeding. He immediately ordered tests, found a suspected source of the problem, then removed it surgically. Tests revealed it was cancer. He was able to remove all of the infected tissue without any further treatment. I have since healed so well the tissue shows no scarring.Had he dismissed me as the others did, the cancer without a doubt would have spread through the bladder wall and into other organs.Out of my desperation for help I first prayed for guidance, for someone who would hear me and then I Googled Urology Associates. I won the lottery!Dr. Wade became that answered prayer and we are forever grateful to him.Above all, I give Jesus Christ the credit for turning a helpless situation into a life saving event. **Update: Four years later I remain cancer free.

Dr. Wade is the best doctor I have ever had. He is really careing and respectful. Treated me like an old friend and saved me twice!

The only reason for 3 stars is because when I am there the visit is excellent. However actually getting IN TOUCH with this office is extremely difficult and would be a ZERO rating. When calling the main number, it directs you to the operator which is usually a ten minute hold. After asking to be directed to this office, I am yet again put on a hold. After the hold, it goes to voicemail saying someone will call me back that day as long as it is before the 3:30 PM, which it always is. I leave a detailed voicemail with the problem, my name, and call back number. I have done this THREE times with NO response over the last TWO weeks. I called again today and after waiting 20 minutes actually received a human being for the first time in the history of calling this office. When I asked to talk to a nurse, I waited another 5 minutes, and was HUNG UP ON. Now I am on a 15 minute hold to talk to the first operator AGAIN (which ended with going straight to voicemail at the office so I left yet another one). The doctor and nurses are great and professional, but they need to desperately work on their phone system and personal in charge of the phones!!!

Dr Wade is an outstanding physician. I have been seeing him for about 10 years+/-. He is caring, respectful, empathetic and spot-on with his treatments. One of the best!!

Very disappointed in lack of response from Dr. Wade. Never called us back after 2 phone calls leaving messages with his secretary. Also, if youre really needing help, dont expect to get through automatically. Youll be on hold waiting for the operator and probably wont get them.
