Doctor Cox and his staff were wonderful! Our experience started with being an hour early due to traveling from a neighboring city. We sat down fully expecting to wait an hour or more, but were called back within 10 minutes. He sat with us for 30 minutes and explained our options. I think we were expecting a doctor that was hard to understand with a God complex (we have run into a few of those), but he was very nice & approachable. His staff was professional & gave us their full attention as well. I havent mentioned that he was the third doctor we saw and the only one willing to do the deviated septum reconstruction needed. As the surgery approached, his staff called & the hospital called too, as they prepared for the surgery. All involved wanted to make sure we were prepared. The surgery was at the Callahan Eye Hospital. The staff was very kind, courteous, & competent. Dr. Cox talked to us before, had someone call us during, & delivered the good news of a successful surgery afterwards. I prayed for this doctor from our first meeting, and now Im praying a prayer of thanksgiving because God is faithful!

Dr Cox and staff are absolutely the best! Usually Drs that are as great as he is dont have a good bed side manner but I will tell you it was a blessing to be his patient. He listens, he asks questions, he is always honest about what your situation is, hes not pushy about your decision, he gives you the facts and he lets you decide. One of the first things he said to me was what will make you happy? He wanted to understand my expectations and goals so that we knew we were both on the same page. My surgery was not minor at all. I had several procedures done. I was in the OR for 4 hours. His staff and his whole team were just as super as he is. Ive also not ever had to endure long wait times in his office, he gets you right in. I would definitely recommend Dr Cox for all your medical needs. Also need to add that I am extremely happy with my results. A big Thank you to Dr Cox and staff.

Dr. Cox did my nose surgery and I was kind of scared to get it done but the results were amazing! I was never happy with my nose before getting it fixed by him and after surgery he told my mom that he went over time because he wanted to perfect it even more. If i could leave a picture on here I would, but I definitely recommend him!

This has been my third nasal surgery. Not only was I not able to fully breathe out of the right side of my nose I had a bunch of cosmetic issues as well. After breaking my nose three times over the years I was pretty messed up. My local surgeon did not feel comfortable attempting this surgery after already having it twice and recommended that I drive over 4hrs away to see Dr. Cox. I was very reluctant to make the trip but I was desperate and decided to at least meet with him and hear what he had to say. Not only did he put me at ease from the very first meeting, he explained what my issues were and why they had not been corrected in previous surgeries in a way that I could finally understand. I am sitting here writing this review just two weeks out from surgery literally tearing up because I am so happy. I took my first full breathe out of the right side of my nose in years and it feels amazing. Not only can I breathe perfectly but my nose looks AMAZING! He prepared me for what he was going to try to accomplish and after removing the bandages I will tell you that he went above and beyond. He did everything he set out to do and more. I have had these types of surgeries two times in the past and had been disappointed both times. I will tell you that if you need to have corrective and/or cosmetic nose surgery I dont care where you live invest the time and money and get out here and see Dr. Cox. Now that I am on the other side I would have paid double and driven twice as far to get these results. I would recommend Dr. Cox to any and everyone. CALL HIM NOW!!!!!

My son is a burn survivor. Dr Cox and his staff have been wonderful to us. He has performed ear reconstruction surgery and we have been very pleased. If I could rate higher than 5 star, I would.

He is such an amazing, kind doctor, who cares about his patients! My septo-rhinoplasty that he did for me, turned out GORGEOUS! He gave me everything I wanted & went out of his way to make sure I was okay! DO NOT hesitate to go to him! His work is amazing!! He is SO SWEET!

Dr Cox was really great. I went to see him about keloids I got in my ear from ear piercings. I had visited another plastic surgeon about this before who just didnt do anything about it, just wasted my time and money. From the moment I started talking to Dr Cox, I could tell he had experience with keloids. He was very clear about my options and about how he would proceed in my case. Keloids are tricky in that they can easily come back after removal, just because of the nature of keloids. We followed Dr Coxs plan to treat them, and then remove them. It has been a year since then, and the keloids have not come back! I couldnt be happier.Dr Cox was great. He was super responsive to emails, flexible to schedule appointments, and was so accommodating and understanding when it came to the actual surgery (facilities, and cost since I had to pay out of pocket). I am truly grateful, and I honestly recommend him.

My child has a Rhynoseptoplasty performed in May of 2017. I absouletly cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cox. We consulted several doctors and Dr. Cox was the only doctor confident to fix my childs issue. He did not rush us into having surgery. He advised and let us make the call. He and his staff arranged for permissions at Childrens and he performed the surgery there. He was great at easing everyones minds on surgery day. He came in and checked on him after surgery amd personally called once we returned home. I am so glad our paths crossed. In my opinion, hes the best.
