Do not go here! I hate even putting one star. The Receptionist and coordinator for Dr. Cobb were very rude and lacked integrity, empathy and understanding. If you are already being treated with disrespect for making an appointment or even before meeting the doctor, that lets you know what youll be dealing with throughout the entire process. Id rather not.

I had complete left hip replacement Sept 1,2020. Went home the same day as surgery. My only complaint is not enough comunication between Dr. And patient. Only problem i had was how to care for my operation site. All in all , 6 weeks out from surgery. Im doing great, finished theropy.Therapist, said that couldnt tell i just had complete hip surgery. Wish I had known about Dr Cool sooner and gotten surgery earlier. I could have been spared a lot of pain.with the help from God, and surgery Im 71 years old, and feel better than i have in about 21/2 to 3 years.

If I could give no stars, I most certainly would. Im asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment, and the doctor is always running behind by at least 30 minutes. Today it is an hour and counting. I continuously feel brushed aside, undermined, unheard and poorly cared for each appointment. Choose a different doctor.

I had an mri a week ago on my knee. I can not walk bc of the pain. I still have not heard from them. Ive called and left messages. I was worried about coming here bc I heard bad things about them yrs ago. I guess somethings never change

My messed up shoulder that came undone sure does hurt that was done by 2 Doctors Cool and ?

Disappointed. My 85 year old mother was released after 10 days in rehab.....recommended by Dr Cool. Dr Cool had not seen my mother since her hospital stay which was more than a week ago. Dr Cool did NOT recommend rehab past 10 days causing her to be released to her empty home. She lives alone and is unable to take care of herself since her surgery. The Rehab center physical therapist suggested she stay in rehab and that she was not ready to go home. Dr Cool apparently didn’t review suggestions from the physical therapist and made a poor decision. I’m shocked at the lack of communication on the part of the physician.
