I absolutely love Dr. Motyl and all of the staff at the practice. They make you feel so at home and if there is an issue with your teeth they want to know about it so that they can fix it. My family has been coming to Dr. Egan for more than 30 years. Now Dr. Motyl has continued the excellent service that we’ve come to expect. Best dental practice in Metro Detroit.

I visited Lisa Motyl DDS for a second opinion. After a recent cleaning at a dentist close to home I was told that I needed a crown on a tooth that was simply a bit worn down. I opted not to go with the originally recommended treatment and I am really glad that I did! The office of Dr Motyl was welcoming and the dentist is conservative with treatment. I went with a filling and it totally solved the sensitivity issue with the tooth! Thanks to Dr Motyl. If this office was not so far from home I would come here regularly.

Not only do I love Dr. Motyl but the staff was amazing as well. I brought my two year old for his first exam and everyone was so good with me. They showed him around the office and kept him company while I got my teeth cleaned. It was soooo nice. Can’t say enough good things about the practice. Go to Dr. Motyl! She is wonderful!

Dr. Motyl’s office was great. There was no wait once you arrive and the staff was friendly and attentive to me. Dr. Motyl made sure I was comfortable during the entire appointment and you could tell she really cared about her patients. My kids were terrified of going to the dentist until we met Dr. Motyl and the staff.

It was the first time that Dr Motyl actually cleaned my teeth. She not only further amplified her dental abilities in my eyes but she proved to also be very personable. It’s not often that you can say with conviction “I enjoyed my visit with my dentist.”

This was phase one of my crown, and it was quick and easy. Dr. Motyl and Kristen were simply the best; they explained every step and they are so darn cute! They eased my anxieties about the procedure.

I used to hate going to the dentist because it was painful and I just got told what I was doing wrong.Since, I have been going to Dr. Motyls and interacting with her and her staff it has been a totally different experience. You really know they care about you and your dental health because they take the time to give you tips and instructions on how to care for your teeth and gums.They also take the time to explain your options and steps toward care thoroughly when you need a more extensive procedure, so you can make an informed decision about your dental care. They explain clearly what they think you should do, but they never pressure you into doing something. They care about your health and want to help you improve it. But, they want you to do it in a way that makes you feel comfortable with regards to all aspects of the procedure.Going to Dr. Motyls and getting cared for by her and her staff puts you at ease, is informative and is a pleasant experience.

I had a toothache and the doctors office got me in promptly. Dr. Motyl thoroughly checked it out and gave me my options. I chose to have the tooth taken out, and she did it the same day. There was a little cracking, but no pain. Not even the shot! It is so nice to have a dentist who listens to me and trusts my instincts. Thank you!

Terrific dentist.

Dr Motyl did an amazing job putting my crown in, I could not be happier with the end result. Dr Motyl took her time and made sure the crown was properly placed and well secured. The crown is in front and it looks just like an original tooth. You cannot tell which tooth is the implant. I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr Motyl for your dental needs. The support staff brings an added level of talent and experience to the process, The patients are well taken care of. You will look forward to your next appointment.

Due to an unexpected dental repair, I was able to see Dr. David Egan quickly and was back to my smiley self in no time. Im very grateful he was able to work me in to his schedule the day after my chip broke off. Im very thankful for his excellent work and valuable time.

Called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist/secretary was very short and hung up on me without seeing if I needed additional assistance or even a goodbye. I was kind of shocked. It was less than a 3 min conversation but it completely turned me off to this business.

Since they keep deleting my reviews on Facebook- Here is the repost of itWould give 0 starts if I could. Unless you are rich and can pay your bill in full at the time of your appointment, AVOID this place like the plague or be prepared to be belittled and receive false threats of small claims court.I am not a patient there but my fiance is. The office manager Oli is beyond rude and unprofessional when handling billing matters. My fiance fell behind on his owed balance and the office never made contact with him via cellphone or email until they sent a letter making false threats of taking him to small claims court to scare him into paying his almost $700 balance in full in ONE week. When he called the office to set up a payment plan they DENIED him one and said he waited too long and maybe his parents could loan him the money. Then in an email Oli told him to put his balance on a credit card and make a payment plan that way. As IF having a credit card to make the full payment was an option. The rudeness and lack of tactfulness in this office is beyond me. They also violated HIPPA rules by taking a picture of the letter they sent him the mail with all of his personal info on a cellphone (most likely Olis?) and attached it as an image and sent it to email they had on file. 1. If you had his email on file this whole time, why was not one single attempt made to contact him about his balance made? 2. Sending patient info in an attached image that you had no way of verifying was his actual email address is against HIPPA.(When this was brought to Olis attention by my fiances mother who is an office manager, Oli ignored it and then an hour later his mother received a response stating that she had been signed up through a third party firm for HIPPA training. Coincidence? i dont think so. It was passive aggressive and quite childish coming from a grown adult who holds the title of manager) 3. If you blatantly denied him a payment plan (which you did via email and over the phone), then why did Oli accept his $50 payment towards his bill and then turn around stating she could not agree to a payment plan anymore. If you werent allowing a payment plan, then you shouldnt have accept the $50 payment. We understand there is debt owed and there was an effort made to begin a payment plan once the letter was received, but the lack of customer service and out right rudeness that came from a so called office manager should be taken into account and dealt with.

Thank you for squeezing me in during this crazy time. so i can have two cleanings before loosing insurance.
