Most people cringe when you mention the dentist. I Love going to Dr. Garner. Excellent service and Very professional staff. Never had a bad experience.

Tina at the reception desk was very friendly and I received a great cleaning from Sarah. Dr Gardner has a wonderful chair-side manner and performed a thorough dental exam. Additionally, he answered all my questions.Very pleased with my visit.

I suggest people come here. The staff is so friendly and the dentist is super nice and proficient. No one is judgmental there and it’s in a nice area downtown. I really enjoyed my experience and will come back as often as I need to.

Going to the dentist is the Biannual highlight of my life. Cleaning my teeth is no longer a painful and anxious experience. This is due to the amazing team at Garner, Emily the most wonderful technician, and Dr. Garner who consistently reminds me “you don’t have genetically bad teeth, you need to stop eating candy” 😂

Dr. Garner has been my dentist since he began his practice about 20 years ago. He’s done a wonderful job of taking care of me. He’s meticulous, always keeps up with the most recent technology and techniques. He takes great care but does not recommend unnecessary expensive treatment as some do. He’s more than happy to work out payment options to help you get any treatment you do really need. He’s friendly, pleasant as are the ladies in the office, which is comfortable and attractive. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

The staff at Dr. Garner’s office is fantastic. Everyone is personable and professional. Emily, the hygienist made sure I that I was comfortable in every aspect of my visit including the dreaded x-rays. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but Dr. Garner and his staff are wonderful. Im comfortable and they actually listen to you. Ive been a patient for over ten years.

Okay so the reason they get 1 star instead of zero is that it wouldn’t let me, and the receptionist. She was amazing she was very sweet, and took the time to hand write all of my recommendations. I had mentioned having a lot of anxiety about dental work and she gave me the name of a place that has anesthesia, so I wouldn’t have to be awake and anxious. She even called their office to send my x-rays over. She did the same thing with the orthodontist and oral surgeon I was outsourced to. The doctor himself, zero stars! He was rude and pompous and talked down to me all day, and if I asked questions, he would answer by talking very slowly and exaggerating each syllable. He really treated me like I was stupid. Every sentence he would end with, “okay?” I literally felt mocked. He was SO RUDE. Not only that, but he misdiagnosed several grooves in my teeth, which according to my new dentist are just naturally deep, as cavities. Imagine if I’d let him work on me, drilling into all my teeth for NO REASON! Scary. He also recommended me to an orthodontist and an oral surgeon because he “couldn’t” help me. It turns out I don’t need an orthodontist at all. He said to come back to get my “7” cavities filled. I only have two. He also completely skipped over a tooth that I needed pulled, a baby tooth that I never lost, and it would’ve just stayed in my mouth forever! What kind of dentist can’t tell the difference between adult teeth and baby teeth? That man is a quack with an inflated sense of importance. Don’t let him near your teeth y’all!

Dr. Garner and his staff are so kind and always so accommodating. I hate the sound of the scraping when I get my teeth cleaned and I was cold so they gave me ear buds and a blanket, and he sent me a hand written note after my first visit! They’re the best!
