This is the best dental office ever! Both Dr. Robert and Dr. Nick are amazing dentists with wonderful personalities. Dr. Robert worked on a Maryland Bridge for me and it is such and upgrade from what I had. Top notch work! They really make you love going to the dentist. Oh and dont forget the fantastic view!

This was my first visit in a year and as usual they exceeded my expectations. Dr. DiPilla and his team are dedicated to patient comfort and superb dental services. Each time I go there is another layer to their customer service. At the end of my teeth cleaning they gave me a warm lavender scented hand towel along with a goody bag that included a travel hand sanitizer. I have recommend them to my entire family and all my friends friends and it is always fun to see people I know in the office. When you want the best AND also feel pampered, this is the dental practice for you.

Dr. Dipilla has been incredible to work with. I have been undergoing implants that were particular difficult. His attention to detail has been unmatched. I had interviewed three other specialists prior to securing the process. He was the only one that gave me hope and educated me that the right way to do the procedure would be longer and in sections but would yield the best outcome. He was right. His staff, his referrals and general care are felt and so appreciated. I consider myself very lucky to have been referred to him and would hands down give a glowing review to anyone considering him.

Dr. DiPilla and staff are amazing. Prior to Dr. DiPilla, I went through a year long cosmetic procedure that I will forever regret. The outcome changed me mentally and physically. I had panic attacks and barely slept for a year before I went to Dr. DiPilla who was a Godsend. He has fixed my mouth/bite beautifully. He is also a constant calm because I still have massive anxiety due to the prior dentist. Dr. DiPilla and staff have been wonderful. Everyone is so down to earth and there is no judgment. If you’ve ever had trauma from dental procedures, you need to go to see Dr. DiPilla.

I came about 15 late to my appointment and the lady basically brushed my teeth for and said sorry couldn’t spend more time because you were late. I told her I don’t feel clean and she just brushed it again. I was so disappointed and I don’t think that’s was worth my trip😠

We have truly enjoyed our experience with Dr. Di Pilla over the last 6 years. The office staff has been very helpful and genuine. They know everyone that comes in the door! The hygienists have been thorough and explain everything as we go. We have seen several different ones and have a consistent experience overall. Dr. Di Pilla is great. He’s never in a rush and makes recommendations that make sense and not just to do dental work. We started taking our young kids there and they make it seem like going to a pediatric practice. Who actually likes going to the dentist? Well, if you live within driving distance of one of Dr. DiPillas two offices, consider yourself LUCKY. He and his staff of amazing professionals strive to make your experience as pleasant and thorough (and gentle) as possible, whether you are a Rock Star (just ask Mick Jagger) or a plain old nobody like me. The quality of service is top notch.I have lived all over the country and had many dentists, so when I moved to Michigan in the summer of 2004, I asked a colleague for her dentist recommendation and found Dr. DiPilla (thank you, Kelly!). He was my -- and my husbands -- dentist for 13 years, until we moved to Dallas last summer. Thats when I found out just how LUCKY we were to have him.... it wasnt until we went to a super-top-rated dentist in Dallas, that we fully-appreciated Dr. DiPillas approach to dental care. On my first visit (just to have my teeth cleaned), the Dallas dentist recommended thousands of dollars of work on 7 teeth without taking the time or making the effort to understand my dental history...what?! I needed a second opinion! So on our vacation back to Michigan this July, both I and my husband went back to Dr. DiPilla. Long story short, I believe Dr. DiPilla treats your teeth as he would treat his own familys... with a focus on care (and not on billings). He rearranged his schedule to fit me in with a second visit that week and fixed one tooth.First do no harm is the oldest tenent in healthcare. But it is more than just a saying in Dr. DiPillas office. He prioritizes your dental care and does what is necessary to prevent or fix, with an eye on what will need to be done later, but not more. OK, this is a rough analogy, but its like having a wonderfully honest car mechanic for those of us who know nothing about how a car works. You can trust him. Completely.In summary, honest, caring, and the highest quality of care. Forget the top-rated-dentist-in-Dallas, I will be flying back to Michigan at least once a year to visit Dr. DiPilla. Yes... He is just that good. Consider yourself lucky if you dont have to buy a plane ticket to see him.

I have visited Dr. DiPillas Detroit office twice now and each time the experience has been phenomenal. Everyone in the office is nice and they treat you like they care instead of just another patient. Dr. Groth is amazing, he breaks everything down for you and discusses plans for you to get your teeth back healthy in a way thats best for you and your budget! Dr. Groth did a wonderful job during my first visit to Dr. Di Pillas new office in the One Woodward Building in downtown Detroit. He explained everything as he went, and even though it was my first (checkup/cleaning,) appointment, he was able to fill a small cavity during the same visit. Kristin is a fantastic hygienist - very gentle! If you work/live downtown, Id highly recommend you visit Dr. Di Pillas practice to see for yourself.
