Staff greeted me and was helpful right away. Found the shoes I was looking for in seconds. Was put the door in less then 10 mins. Lots of cool products as for the outdoor lifestyle.

Great store with a selection of camping gear second to none. Somewhat pricey for most budget conscious consumers. Also no AC in the store makes it uncomfortable in the heat even though the front of the store is open.

The guys were just flat out awesome. I had a bizarre ask, and they were like that isnt strange and found the hat I wanted right away. Them had an awesome visit with them, made me feel like I had been going there for years, and it was my first trip to this store.

Great selection of climbing equipment from beginner to advanced. Cool clothes if royally overpriced. Loupie slings are cheap cheap though. Same or cheaper than online. The staff has went through a turnover & is much better also.

I am the owner of The Carpet Guys in Troy. I brought a free staff members in here and bought winter coats for a few people on my team. The Canadian Goose jackets I bought are awesome. I dont care for the zipper but hat has nothing to do with Moose jaw, its a manufacturer issue. I was however EXTREMELY impressed with the awesome service I got from the staff here. Shopping for a daypack. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Ended up finding a bag and left happy. Got to my car and realized I lost my wedding ring. I frequent this location a lot and while I feel like you can get better prices online. You can’t beat finding the last one of something on sale and trying it on to see whether or not it fits right. A lot of the clothes here are hard to get online, the ones I’m looking for anyways. The staff is very friendly and I’m always treated very well.

Probably the best experience you could have shopping for gear and shooting darts at people. Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time out to make sure youre getting what you need.

Always a good place to bring your dog and shop for some high quality outdoor gear. The staff is always willing to start up an impromptu nerf ball fight, and provide their take on the latest gear. Prices are on par with other outdoor retailers.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a package with overnight delivery and a week later i learned it never shipped and was never informed by moosejaw. Only because my shipping address was different than my billing address...then was told that I had to deal with it, offered no apology, and that I had to wait another day for the order to be verified before it shipped....no notification was ever sent to me that they decided not to ship my package and was treated like dirt on the phone when I called wondering what happened.

Walked in and was looking for a jacket. Walked around and three different employees looked at me and didnt even ask to help. I finally asked one person which of two jackets was rated warmer and her reponse was I guess that one and she pointed. I asked why and she said it was puffier. Ok whatever. We left.

Very disappointed with MooseJaw; they failed to keep their end of the agreement by getting me a product on time. It arrived a full week after they said it would; then had the audacity to blame it on weather. The Tracking # they gave me indicated it sat in a Fed-Ex warehouse, only 15 miles away from me, for that week.
