I was there with my 3 year old grandson. After 45 minutes I asked how much longer would it be. The lady told me at least 30 minutes but I could make an appointment and come back. So I did. We got back. The wait was more than 20 more minutes. The hair cut was all gapped up. When I got home and looked it over better it was much worse that I thought. I called back. The manager was argumentative but agreed to a refund. I went back in today to get the refund and the girl that was there today was rude and told me I would have to wait yet again. I asked how long. She said she was doing a color. But she was already at the register cashing someone out. She pointed to a number printed on the register and told me to call them because she did not know how to do a refund. No one should have to wait that long then a simply childs hair cut beyond gapped up then another wasted trip and time for no refund. I will never go back there and I have filled a complaint with the owner.
Im always in and out of here very quickly every time I go. The stylists are always nice, they always want to talk to me and care about me. I definitely recommend going on Sundays, those are the best days to go.
Charged way too much and the cut is horrible. I am very unhappy with it. I will NOT go back and would advise others to not use this business. Ive weeped over this cut. Its nothing like what i asked for or the picture that I showed. Again, go somewhere else....
The young lady that cut my mothers hair, listened very well to what my mother wanted, concerning her haircut. It meant a lot to my mom that someone was listening to her.
