Unprofessional. Kept opening the door while I was getting undressed without knocking on the door first to see if I was decent. The doctor took a biopsy, which I did not need, and did not explain how to care for the wounds. Their beside manner is horrible. It has been 5 weeks and they still dont have the results of the biopsy. . This business is shady.

The Staff is very friendly and the doctor puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. The problem I had is gone with the treatment that I am getting from NOLA Dermatology.

While I did have an issue with one particular staff member, I could not be any higher in my recommendation of Dr. Dobrescou. Over the years I have had many dermatologists and yet some of my conditions persisted with their treatments. After a couple of visits, Dr. Dobrescou successfully clear up one skin condition and fantastically removed a cyst from an eyelid that even the Ophthalmologists would touch.I found him to be down to earth, easy to relate to, but he is super busy and doesnt have time to beat around the bush with patients. My only concern was to find a doctor who could take care of my problems and he has filled the bill. Highly recommended doctor. Just dont take any guff from desk staff.

Very unprofessional staff. I have never had an appointment where I didnt wait longer than 30 mins for the Dr to arrive. Staff tells me they have to drive from New Orleans or Ocean Springs, then leave sooner or dont schedule appointments when you cant make it! Also, the main Dr is rude and started pulling back my shirt and pants before asking if he could examine me or any questions. Only after I pulled away did he ask if I had any issues. Poor manners, unprofessional staff, rude dr, go some place else!

Unprofessional, rushed. Did not explain treatment, began to shave biopsy without consent or any word. Removed my gown without even bothering to close door of operator. Cant believe he has license, very poor.
