First visit to start my yearly skin check routine. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. My appointment was on time and the Dr. asked a lot of questions and really discussed options with me so I could make good decisions with my health.

Behind every good doctor is an equally good staff. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Appointments and information are always right, phone calls/messages are always made/delivered, prescriptions are always correct and sent in a timely manner, and Dr. Hanson not only makes sure you understand the information she gives, but also makes sure she is understanding what you tell her. Her staff is also very helpful and always smiling.Peoples time is valuable, especially if youre scheduling work around a doctor visit, so I think highly of how efficient this office works. I would not recommend this office. I went there back on 10/08/2018 for a skin cancer screening. The provider stated she could freeze a dark spot on my face. I asked if that would be covered under my copay. I was showed that it was just a can of spray and yes it is covered under my office visit. I was billed $148.00 that was applied to my deductible a year later because patients bills had not been generating. I would have never had the provider freeze spray that one small spot for $148.00. NEVER AGAIN!

Never again, she misdiagnosed me with a candida infection and told me to stop taking medicine for a uti. Well after that I ended up getting a kidney infection because of the uti I knew I had 😐

Went in today at 10, everybody was so friendly. Front desk had a few laughs, very upbeat, and dr was so helpful and kind. They made me feel comfortable talking about my psoriasis. The dr prescribed an abundance of creams, gave me information on getting products i couldnt normally afford, and a shot on the spot to help clear my skin. I will be coming here exclusively for my skin care from now on.

I am posting this because my fiance is very upset due to this office not delivering on what they promise and not assisting in a solution. Plus not to mention the fact that the first procedure did not work and she returned to have it corrected and they charged her more for something they did not do from the first trip

First, was told they are on Allegan Brilliants program where I get points (credits) I can use against any purchases.I received 24 units of botox that showed no results.... Told to wait 2 weeks... Nurse pract. was not in the office, but got an appointment 25 days later with another nurse pract. That would not touch up my bad results... was happy to charge me .. 6 more units.Still no results..... I have had botox going on 10 years now and this is the only office I have dealt with that not only doesnt make good on their services, theyre not good at documenting services with programs they are in.I did not get my points with Brilliants rewards on my first visit because no one documented it and they cant go back to change it. So Im told.. its on me..... Thanks.Very disappointed in this office... Thought I could find a place close to my house but would rather drive out of town for better service.
