Great Ortho docs. Rene (Business Manager) was very helpful. She called my insurance company for me to confirm that they were in network. Then she immediately got back to me and scheduled an appointment. Top notch service. The docs care, and spend time with you going over your options. Dr. Klepps and PA Bryce were very informative. You are not just a number here. They treat you with respect and professionalism.

Always busy due to the amount of Drs. in office, however I have NEVER had an unprofessional personal encounter there in the last year. Dr. Yorgesens staff is fantastic and he always has time to listen and do what he can for you. Very reassuring and calm the morning of surgery. Appointment staff friendly and gracious. The ONLY time I have seen them short is when the PATIENTS behavior is short, rude or snotty!.
