The owner answered the phone, on the 4th of July, when I was visiting Montana. I was over a thousand miles away from home, and my own medical team. When I described the knee brace I needed, he drove over an hour to meet me at his clinic in Billings. Very knowledgeable. Able to offer me alternatives, but ultimately did agree to sell me the brace I wanted, despite it being the more expensive choice. I am a retired physical therapist and have worked with many excellent orthotists. The clinic owner/athletic trainers experience & skill exceeded my expectations! I remain grateful for his help, when I needed it most!

I got my orthotics down there. I will never go anywhere else! Very professional and courteous!
