Every person I have worked with has been fantastic! Getting used to new equipment has been especially tough and every single person Ive worked with has gone above and beyond. More than anything they seem to care. At a time when I just needed some kindness they had it in spades. Thank you for caring.

They never pick up the phone they be sitting right there by the phone but cant pick their phones up

These guys are amazing. I had issues getting supplies from the other hospitals home oxygen service and these guys got my prescription from the other hospitals sleep clinic and took care of everything. Even helped me get going on replacement supplies while I waited for the other place to get the prescription over. UPDATE: They told me there would be no copays as I am disabled and on SSDI. Suddenly getting collection notices from them even after applying for help twice through St Vincents office in n Colorado. I would never have gotten this and would have just dealt with stopping breathing when I sleep rather than put myself and family in debt over a CPAP that turns out is linked to Cancer.

Always prompt, very professional and answers all of our questions. Very easy to get our supplies every month.

They literally never pick up their phone, voice messages only. They say they will get back to you in 24 hours, it is never less than 5-7 days. Claimed to have my supplies sent out, this is week 3 of waiting for them, and day 4 of waiting for a call back about where my supplies are.

My mom is on oxygen and also gets cpap and nebulizer supplies from home oxygen- all 3 of those CSRs at the front desk are so amazing and helpful and understanding- I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone we know !

Way better than Billings Clinic. Very compassionate and got me in quickly with a respiratory therapist

My Doctor faxed over my perscription for a cpap on 8/21. I went in on 8/27 and they said that they just received it and sent it in for preauthorization the morning of 8/27. So i waited until 9/3 with still no word. They are very short and act annoyed that I keep asking about it. Its like dont bother us until we get around to dealing with you. So today is the tenth. Same run around from them. No we havent heard anything. So I called the insurance company myself. They approved it on the 30th and mailed a copy on the 3rd. I work on the road so i have extremely limited timd to mess with this. Just had the insurance company fax it to them to make sure they got it. Still Im waiting.....I hear back from them today or start over at a different supplier because these guys cant find their a$$e$ with two free hands and a road map

Terrible at letting a client know if its been paid for or even ordered. Try to talk to someone always a voice mail. Been there for 13 years they stuck. The only reasons I stay is they sell the wheel chair I like. Dont do buessnes with them

I went in to see if they had an abdominal binder for my csection. The lady was so nonchalant. It seemed more like she was unsure and unwilling to see if they carried the product I had received from St. Vs.
