First time to one of the Expresscares and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all the convenience is second to none, but the service is even better. The nurse and doctor were very prompt, but also extremely polite and knowledgeable. I will download the app in order to book ahead and ensure no wait. Very impressed!

So great! Knowledgeable, fast, courteous and competent--all at the right price for folks with or without insurance or with high deductibles. We use Express Care for everything to flu shots for our children to visits for a cough as well as other services. Really grateful for Express Care.

I love that this is an option. The online scheduling is awesome and there is hardly ever a wait. And you dont have to sit in a huge waiting room full of sick people! Such a great offering from billings clinic.

My husband went in for an upper respiratory virus. Normally his Dr gives him Prednisone and cough meds. This PA lectured him on how she cant stop the virus from turning into bronchitis and eventually pneumonia since he had (very well controlled via inhaler) asthma but she would give him an antibiotic. She even said she doesnt think the antibiotic will help but its all she will prescribe. He never asked for antibiotics knowing that he usually just gets a virus like this once every few years. It was nice to get in right away but her actual help was worthless.

Very professional; but also takes time to obtain a personal understanding. Great staff. My NP Patricia was wonderful. Thank you! Also, their option for scheduling online is the way to go.

Horrible experience. Nurse was rude, they dont take most insurance and they hardly treat anything there. Did I mention rude? Doc in the box....nightmare. No wait? No surprise. Its not too popular.
