My husband and I are both medical professionals and hearing the staff comment on our tattoos and talk poorly about us as people just outside the door was appalling. To top it off they were accusing us of not feeding our daughter because she was weighed wrong at her first appointment. Our little one has a genetic disorder that they have no idea how to approach as doctors. She will be seeing our specialty doctor from now on where she can get the care she needs and we will be respected as people.

My family does not have insurance and pays cash for all of our visits. My twins were born in November and we were told that we would receive a 20% discount for cash pay. We received the discount on our first couple visits. Now in March, they completely change their cash pay discount and we have to pay what the insurance companies pay on our latest visit, with no notification from Childrens Clinic. Pretty disappointed.**** FYI Childrens Clinic never followed up with us regarding this issue, as they stated below. Obviously just a publicity play. They are not concerned about our bad experience with them.

Doctors are pretty good. Older front desk lady is so rude. Shes rude when you arrive and rude when you make a follow up appointment. I know doctors are busy but they should be aware of the faces that welcome you to their office. Not sure shes aware that people coming in for appointments is what gives her a paying job. If I could go anywhere else I would. Tried to find a comments section on their website but there isnt one. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 as their nurses are always so nice. Doctors are ok.

I have never experienced racial profiling but I cant find any other way to describe my horrible experience at the Childrens Clinic.Dr. Vilai is a great doctor. He is thorough, kind and understanding. However, there are two doctors specifically that I feel shouldnt practice unless they can treat people with dignity and respect. I am thoroughly disappointed in two individuals that are old enough to be my grandparents.... Do Better Childrens Clinic!!!

I am very thankful that we have smart & kind doctors at this childrens hospital. My son had strep & they were able to diagnose it quickly & prescribe the medication needed right away. Im very happy to see my son being the happy little boy that he is.

After taking my daughter in for the same problem 3 times, getting 3 different opinions from 3 different pediatricians, and 3 different treatments with absolutely no testing even though the main hospital is right across the street. Im fortunate to have found someone in private practice willing to do the necessary testing just to discover it was merely a skin sensitivity. The doctor from the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Kate, said, we dont diagnose children. Dr. Tapia and Dr. Standish are fantastic, but being reprimanded for leaving when they are 20+ minutes behind for their appointment is quite concerning. I recommend working on scheduling practices, etiquette for receptionists, and management of over booking- leave gaps in the schedule to accommodate more difficult, time consuming cases while maintaining a gold standard to the rest of the appointments you have scheduled. Good business is not good medicine- good medicine is thorough and precise. It looks better to acknowledge you legitimately dont know and to reach out for another opinion than to potentially risk a patients health status because you think you know everything.

The nurses were very mean and didnt help me at all

Love Dr. Nicholson and Lesli the lactation consultant. Lesli helped me with latching, supplementing, weaning off supplementing, mastitis, and weaning a toddler. We also see Dr. Tapia for an older child. Great nurses!
