Pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So slow and do not give you correct answers regarding immunizations. Will never go here again! Horrible people!

Missed a phone call from the pharmacy so I called back and the girl was very annoyed I called. I told her I was assuming it was for my second dose of covid vaccine and she responded with “I’m not sure why you got a call, you can just come in I don’t know what else to tell you” and then she just hung up on me. If you don’t enjoy your job, then get a new one! You guys have terrible reviews.

Waited an hour in the pharmacy drive thru. There were only three cars in front of me to start with. So slow and the pharmacy staff aren’t even knowledgeable about Walgreens own programs and discounts.

I would leave 0 stars if I could! What a fricken joke!!! Waited in line for two hours for a prescription that was supposed to be ready 10 prior, only for them to get it wrong!! Worst service ever!

The photo dept is terrible. I had a set of photos done here and prepaid online. When I went to pic them up they couldn’t find my 8x10’s. I told them I would wait to have it printed then, but they asked me to come back the next day. I really needed the 8x10’s the following day as part of a gift. Looks like I’ll be going to Walmart for photos from now on.

Waited over an hour in the pharmacy, three very large, rude, unprofessional women working and only one other person waiting. I wIll avoid this store at all cost from now on.

Arrived at the drive up around 4:00 and sat in line for 45 minutes for a prescription that was to be ready at midmorning, only to be told that it was not done yet and to go around and get back in line and my prescription would be done shortly, sat in line for another 30 minutes. Definitely having my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

I waited in line for 20 minutes then at 9:05 they told me sorry they close at nine, but the website says 10. Service has always been slow I will be switching pharmacies as this isn’t the first time.

Theyre fairly decent. Ive been going here for a few years. I do have problems with the automated system quite often though. I call to have something filled and then show up to the window and they say its not ready, when I called the day before. So I usually have to speak with someone to make sure its going to get filled.

This review is for the drive thru pharmacy. They are terrible. I have never felt like the staff is attempting to have good customer service. But far worse is how they run their drive thru. You can count on 10 minutes or more per car. If you are fourth in line, expect to wait 30 or more minutes. I contacted the customer service reps and very respectfully voiced my concerns. They assured that someone in upper management would call me back within 48 hours. I was never called back. The one star is because through my insurance the prices of prescriptions are decent. I have since switched to Costco pharmacy and they are great.

We were in town from California and needed a special prescription filled. Called the store and got an immediate response. They did not have what we needed but arranged to have it special ordered and delivered the next day to a Walgreens store closer to where we staying. They went out of their way for us and that will always get my attention and recognition.

Ive never seen a less efficient staff at a pharmacy. Choose another pharmacy or spend your day waiting! Literally no one in line yet 40 minutes to get an inhaler while they bsd in the back

I have had the worst experience at this Walgreens. Tried to get my 3 prescritions transfered 4 times. They said they couldnt get hold of my Stillwater Family Pharmacy in Columbus, really? All week long from 9-5. I called them standing in line at Walgreens, didn have a problem. I should have just drove to Columbus from Billings. For 10 years never had an issue. Not to mentions how slow and rude they are, and acouple of them are a bit lazy.

I am totally frustrated after returning from this Walgreens. Although it was a full hour before closing, the janitor crew was out in full force with noisy buffers and floors so slick it was hard to walk. I kept being asked to get out of his way as the buffer operator wanted to do the aisle where I was shopping for a personal care product. Besides feeling as if I were bothering the crew by shopping, I am amazed that no one has fallen on the slick floors. I will not be returning!

Stay away from this pharmacy! I recently started going here after Shopko closed their pharmacy. I had been with Shopko for over 3 years. They saw me through a car accident, a broken leg and various other issues. They felt like family. Walgreens does NOT feel like family! The pharmacy techs are ok but the pharmacists are rude and uncaring. One lady pharmacist kept on interrupting me as I was trying to explain something. I guess since shes so important she loves the sound of her own voice. One of my prescriptions Ive ALWAYS picked up the same day as I live out of town. NEVER did I have a problem before Walgreens. They didnt care if it inconvenienced me or caused me additional cost in gas. As I tried to explain this, I was interupted and talked over. Also, every time I tried to contact them by phone, I was on hold an average of 15-20 minutes each time. You also have to give them at least 2 hours to fill a new prescription or refill. Really??? Why on earth does it take them that long? Ive brought in a prescription at other pharmacies and did a little shopping and it was ready in 15 or 20 minutes. It disturbs me that places like these are the reason Mom and Pop pharmacies are out of business.After my awful experience I asked Walgreens to transfer all my meds to a different pharmacy. He refused. He told me to have my new pharmacy call him. He couldnt even go out of his way to send a fax!!Walgreens will NEVER go out of their way for a customer. If they think they are right, they wont even stop to listen to a customer. This warehouse approach doesnt appeal to me at all. I only chose them because it was on my way home. Had I known how they treated people I would have gladly driven out of my way for a pharmacy who cares about their customers. STAY AWAY!

Terrible service. Tell me they will have a prescription in on a certain day and when I called to see if it had been filled they said the medication was out of stock but they would have it ordered for the next day. They have some techs that seem to be with it, but the pharmacists are a joke. They have filled prescriptions incorrectly in the past. I am not happy!!
