My daughter had a great experience here and the transformation was more than we could have hoped for. The staff was always very welcoming and patient with my daughter. As a younger patient, they communicated very well with her the importance of wearing her bands, keeping up on her brushing, and wearing her retainer. We had to make a late evening call last night with first time retainer use issues/questions and the after hours call was answered by a very patient staff member who talked us through the issue. We drive 200 miles each way and it is totally worth the drive.

Im so thankful for finding Dr. Otsby. I had ortho in the past and came to Dr. Ostby initially for a new retainer. He made me one but found an issue with my occlusion had no idea was causing so many problems I was experiencing over the years. I had been to a few other dentists and orthodontists for consults in the past and came to the conclusion it was just something I had to deal with and there wasnt really a long term solution.Thank you Dr. Otsby for your strong expertise and changing my quality of life! Without you Id continue to be wearing down my teeth and needing more expensive treatment to fix things in the future.Youre in the best hands with Dr. Otsby. He focuses on the root of the problem, not just straight teeth. And Im so thankful for everything hes done!

While I take my two kids here, the staff is always friendly. My kids like the staff because they take the time to get to know you as well as making sure my kids are comfortable. What I most like about them is that we dont have to go to the receptionist desk to check in. Once I walk in the door the receptionist greets my kids and I while checking us in, because she already knows who we are. They also work with your schedule when making appointments. I would recommend Ostby Orthodontics to anyone.

I am beyond ecstatic with my smile and the whole team at Ostby Orthodontics. Dr Adam and Dr Marlene were so positive and made me feel very comfortable. We are paying another orthodontist for another set of braces for our son after we already paid Ostby 4500 dollars the first time. They blamed it on our son. His current orthodontist said it definitely was not his fault. Choose your orthodontist wisely.

When I was in third grade another orthodontist put four brackets on my top front teeth. After those were taken off he told my parents and I that I would need surgery. So, after discussing this with our family dentist we decided to go somewhere else. Ostby Orthodontics has been immensely appreciated in my family for not only me, but my brothers as well. I dont enjoy having braces but since I need them I wouldnt have decided to go anywhere else. They are supportive and helpful with anything you need. I cant wait till these braces come off and I can enjoy the beautiful smile they created for me.

We have been very impressed with Ostby Orthodontics since we started treatment last August. My daughter will need at least 2 phases of treatment and Dr. Adam and staff has worked with us on payment options and making sure appointment times work with our schedule. When we had issues after a recent appointment, Robin was amazing at getting us in first thing on a Monday morning. Dr. Adam was swift to fix the problem and make my daughter much more comfortable. He is so great about coming out to the reception area and explaining everything he has done and what to expect next. WE love Otsby Ortho!!

What a find in midtown! Our dentist recommended a number of great orthodontists, but we were hoping to find one close to Lewis and Clark middle school. Not only do we think we came across the most vibrant, intelligent and fantastic group in town, but also only merely blocks from school. Both Drs. Ostby and Ostby are highly regarded, but we think its particularly cool that our little girl is seeing the only female orthodontist in the Montana. Dr. Marlene Ostby is a great role model for young women. So happy we found Otsby Orthodontics.

Before I came to Otsby my teeth were horribly crooked. Kids would ask me what was wrong with my teeth and it was really frustrating. However now I have braces and comments on how much better my teeth look. I like the rewards where you can have a braces buddy (although I havent found one yet 😄) also the drawing that they have. The people are nice and friendly. They knew how anxious I was to get straight teeth and bumped me up to the second wire and skipped the first wire, which made me really happy. They got me into bottom braces as soon as they could because I really wanted them. Thanks to Otsby for my straight teeth cant wait to get them off (but they arent that bad to have on). Everyone complains about how horrible braces are I think out of the year and a few months that Ive had them theyve only hurt 10 days out of that time (maybe not even that).
