We were able to call in and get an appointment for 2 pedicures at the same time in the evening. The spa was clean, the service was nice and there were plenty of colors to choose from. The massage chairs were nice and the attention spent on making sure we were both done about the same time was nice.

I have been going to Sensation Nail Spa since 2014. I have always had consistent service with professionalism and my nails outcome. Tracy knows exactly what I want and I have never had to worry about what she knows what I want. She is an exceptional person and a spa owner. I never feel that I as a client, feel uncomfortable or that I DON’T MATTER!!! She is respectful and she remembers my needs and what I don’t like!!! The lady that did my nails didn’t look at the picture I provided even though I showed her. She did it opposite to how I wanted it and the whole experience was rushed. I got an ombré but it really doesn’t even look like it. I asked for shorter and she mumbled that it wouldn’t look good shorter and didn’t make them shorter, so now I have to try to figure out how to shorten them myself. I’m most upset with the length because I can’t work with nails this long they are crazy. I hate to leave a review like this and I never have but it is what it is. Also I’ve never had this happen before but my fingers burned from the glue and the filing

Lai and Anna did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and pedicure. They were able to fit me in -as a walk in-and provided excellent customer service and attention to detail. The environment was relaxing, clean and friendly. The reclining, massage chairs felt terrific and there are many polish colors to choose from.

The lady behind the desk is soooo rude. Do not go here. There window says walk-ins welcome definitely false advertising. I tried on 3 seperate occasions to get my nails done for my WEDDING this weekend after my regular nail lady got sick. Hands down worst experience ever.

Easy to get in and no wait time. Clean. Their constant chatter between employees in their 1st language makes me pretty uncomfortable though. Im there to relax and get pampered.

Passing through Montana and needed my nails done so checked this place out and did not disappoint! Only had to wait a few minutes past my appointment which doesn’t bother me at all. Nail technician took her time and made sure the shape was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Reasonable priced, well done pedicures. They were one of the few places that were able to get my mom and I in the same day I called. We showed up early and they were able to accomodate us right away.

Ive had my nails done here twice. My nails were beautiful both times! The ladies are friendly and kind. I saw the owner do a handicapped ladys nails when I was in there. When the lady went to pay, the owner saidNo charge. Have a good say. ! The atmosphere is also lovely. I highly recommend them!

My sister and I came for a girls day. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the service. I noticed that my feet were still a little rough after I left but they were more than happy to help smooth my heels when I came back in. Great job remedying a small fix. I will be back :)

Friendly service.6/2020 update- me and my girlfriend came in recently for pedicures and it was far worse than my previous 5 star review. The tech made my toes bleed and said it was ok and the other tech jammed my friend so hard that she yelled ouch. Also heard a lady across the room mention her toes bleeding as well. We wont be coming back.

Tracey has been doing my nails for a few years now always so perfect and beautiful. She does amazing nails, the best Tech Ive ever had and Anna does my Pedi and she does an amazing job. Great leg and foot massage which really helps my Planters Fasitis. Prices are very reasonable too. I love Tracey and Anna and I often recommend them to friends and others.

I started going to this salon a couple months ago and every time has been a great experience! I have had trouble with nails breaking and lifting I’m that past, but since I have gone to Sensation, not a single broken nail. They always look so beautiful when they are done and they super friendly!!

I love the fact that they use a fresh liner for every pedicure especially in this day and age. You know its clean. Most of the personnel.wear gloves and masks as well.

Nice decor, but way overpriced for the (lack of) quality work. I had to actually point out where she missed scrubbing a dry patch and came home to find she didnt bother with a second coat of polish on my whole right foot! I have never been disappointed in a pedicure or left a negative review until today. The manager should try to make it right.

Got a set of gel nails, they scraped down my natural nails more than Ive ever experienced, so much so that with my gel polish, they are flimsy. First time massage was not included in a manicure. Nails looked good when done, but know they will be damaged for months to come. Frustrating.

I have been going to Tracy at sensation for well over a year now. She does an absolute fantastic job. A friend of mine goes to Jon and her nails are just as perfect! I used to go to Davi In Walmart but for some reason they always broke! Ever since Ive gone to sensation Ive never had a problem and will not go anywhere else. I also want to add, that sensation spa is very passionate about their customer service. If you are unhappy, let them know and I know they are always willing to fix it, just see Tracy or Jon.

Nail techs do not perform up to my standards...5 Nails broke off within 1 week of having a full set put on...i usually never have any Nails break off...have worn acrylic nails for years.

It was terrible! They promised my friend that her nails were free for her birthday, and than they took it back. My nails looked terrible. They were uneven, and the surface of one was blotchy, not to mention, they used actual paint for the flowers, and it came off 3 days after I got them done. Not worth sixty dollars at all.

I visited this place based on their same day availability. On my first visit I had my usual gelish manicure, which Ive had many times at other local salons in Billings. Enough times to know the process and quality. This salon offers the service, however their nail techs are not trained properly of at all. The man that did it on my first visit was new, and had other techs watching over him. It became clear he didnt know what he was doing when he started to add on multiple and random layers, and was also using UV lights rather than just air dry with a fan. My nails turned out sandy/grainy feeling and none of the employees were correcting him, likely because they arent familiar with the process either. After a couple weeks I needed my nails done again, I shouldve known better than to go back but every other salon was closed or booked due to it being memorial day. So I made a same day appt for 12:30. Showed up 5 min early but they were short handed and obviously over booked so I wasnt seen until 12:55. I had a different tech this time so I felt okay about it. Shortly after beginning the gelish manicure it was obvious she wasnt sure about the process. She had a difficult time removing the old manicure, which they advertise that it comes off in minutes. And probably would have if the guy before knew was he was doing. When she was cutting my nails she made me bleed from cutting too short, and instead of cleaning/sanitizing the tool she used she just put it back in her box. With my blood on it. Then put super glue on the wound and told me to go wash with water only. There were no towels to dry my hands so I came back with them wet and she asked me why there were no towels. She started to put the gelish layers on and once she was almost finished she started spraying rubbing alcohol on them, removing and clouding the paint. I couldnt believe it was happening again. She started to get worried so she called someone because no one at the salon knew what to do. She ended with a regular gloss layer of polish rather then following the gelish dip process. Put me under UV lights again and started on the next person who was clearly irritated it had taken so long to be seen. I was in the chair for an hour and a half. It should only take an hour at most. One of my nails was bright blue under the lights while the rest were the paint color. The tech charged me FULL PRICE for the service which shocked me. She also didnt clean the tools before she started using them on the next girl. It took all I had not to let me have a piece of my mind, but I didnt want to make a scene. I did not tip her and left upset which she could tell. They may know how to do some services at this salon but gelish dip is not one and they should not offer it.

In town for a wedding and got our nails and toes done, wow what a great spa! Will be back for sure

I spent $65 getting a new set of acrylics done here and the woman who did mine used old glue. Throughout the process, my acrylics kept falling off and she kept gluing them back on. It’s been one week and so far four of my nails have fallen off. The nails look alright if they can stay on, which they can’t.
