Ashley who worked on my hair was very nice, she managed to fit in some extra time to bleach my hair a second round because she took out the foils too early the first round. My hair is still very yellow and DOESNT match the rest of my hair at all. I think the simple solution would have been to just initially leave the bleach in maybe 20 minutes longer. I understand hair coloring is a long process and nobody wants to sit in a chair for hours but that’s what comes with it. But then I had to go for another round (another hour) when like I said 20 extra minutes would have done my natural hair justice. I’ve gotten my roots done before and never really had this outcome. It’s honestly EMBARASSING to walk around like this. At this point I’m either going back dark or killing my hair again just to be the blonde I wanted. Overall, I just felt my experience was a little bit rushed and I am still disappointed in the results. Also ended up paying $200 for this “root touch up”.

Made an appointment. Came in & waited 10 mi items for her to acknowledge me. Said she didn’t have my appointment down. Very poor service. I will go elsewhere.

I went it for simple trim and dye and she did a horrible job on my hair the trim was okay but she tried to hide how bad of a dye job she did by curling my hair without me asking

I have gone there on several occasions and I am not impressed. The Salon Manager is unfriendly, rude and likes to create a lot of drama. I have met some of the former stylists that have worked at the Rimrock Regis and they have confirmed what I was thinking all along.The Salon Manager is very cliquey and treats the people she doesnt like with pure disdain.Paying almost $30 bucks for a haircut is definitely not worth it. There are better and cheaper options.
