I went to Sarah, and I just have to say.., I love her work!! I have lived in many places & have been to numerous hairstylist. I have to say Sarah is one of the best Ive ever, been to! She takes her time to make sure the results are nothing short of amazing! It is so worth it. You will love her work as you will love her! What a fun and engaging woman.

I was happy with my service from Melissa. However she and I were the only ones in the salon out of eight people wearing masks. Not only are masks mandated right now, as a nurse and a high risk individual I find it disrespectful and unacceptable to not respect others and wear a mask

Jentry is so talented! Its difficult to find a stylist that knows how to cut my hair and she goes beyond my expectations. I highly reccomend the salon AND the stylist!

Wow! Misty is a wizard! I have never completely trusted a stylist like I do her. She makes my hair look amazing every time! Ill be her customer for life and highly recommend her and her staff.

Rachel here is amazing! My hair always turns out great and I know that she will give me an honest opinion if I come in with a picture of a style I have in mind she will let me know if it will work with my hair & if not she adjusts it to look best for my hair & it always turns out perfect. Bright, clean, comfortable atmosphere. She also does a great job at shaping and trimming my husbands beard.

Misty is one of the few stylists that has listened to the challenges I have with my hair and makes me feel beautiful! She also does microblading and my eyebrows look so amazing and natural. She also was so kind and found a numbing cream that worked for me so I could tolerate the process. Sarah has also done my makeup for my sisters wedding and she made me look like a movie star!

They do not answer the phone. I’ve tried to call multiple times and don’t get an answer to make an appointment. Not worth it if that’s how they are

I love love love my nails! Callie did a great job on my new set of nails. Quick 40 minutes for a full set even with a 7 month on old baby on my arms . I will be returning as a regular customer.

I have seen 15 different stylists since moving to Billings from Seattle 10 years ago and I can honestly say that Jentrey Hopkins is the best one here. She’s even surpassed everyone that’s ever done my hair in 25 years.

I felt so comfortable here. They listened to everything I wanted and the results were beautiful! Will be coming back for sure!

Thick terrible nails acrylic nails.Worst nail experience of my life. I don’t even remember her name. I want to say Katie.Don’t go here to her. Sounded appealing with her working late but not worth the TWO HOURS for whatever you get.Who the owner??

They didn’t know I booked by calling in 3 days prior. Waited 30 minutes for someone to even look up and help me after I HAD to speak up.The cut was so so.Wouldn’t go back based on terrible customer service.

Made contact with Sarah Smith throughout a few weeks to schedule in a cut and color. I went there in our schedule day and as a FIRST TIME client, she did not show up. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited an extra half hour for her to come but she did not. Given the fact that I have only one day off a week, it was a pain to get a good date anyways but then she left me high and dry. No one working at the time was willing to call or help so I took my business elsewhere.

Absolutely love everyone there! Great services, great products and FANTASTIC team!

Was literally harassed for months about leaving a bad review on Kendras personal advertisement page about her horrible behavior. Had to threaten legabehavior becquse 6 months later she was STILL HARASSING ME. I Blocked her and she STILL went through other facebook pages to harass me and threaten me to change my review.

Everyone was so nice , helpful, happy
