This is one of the places that either wasnt open on Monday or refused to have me as a customer I dont know which doesnt matter they didnt get my business and wont ever.

I never thought I would find someone here in Billings to be my stylist as my sister back home always did my hair ; however, by chance I discovered Taylor at this salon and have been thrilled with my hair ever since. She is simply amazing!

Ive had Meg dye my hair twice. This last time I asked her to get my hair as close to my natural color (dark ash blonde) as possible because I dont have time to maintain color. It looks very natural. She also easily fixed a terrible haircut I got from Liz at Willow Creek. Meg is down to earth and the salon has a comfortable, contemporary feel. Will definitely be coming back.

Brought our kids here to get their hair dyed. It turned out okay when they left, but washed completely out after the first shower. Had there been a certain way to care for the coloring they should have told us. When we called about the incident they only told us it was expected, and didnt offer a refund. Had we known the color would only be temporary, we would have gotten hair spray from Hot Topic for $5 instead of a $100+ dye job.Edit: After a bit of a struggle, Avenue has refunded us a portion of the total payment. Ive increased the rating to two stars simply because we thought the stylist was friendly.
