Kayla did an amazing job. I had my hair done previously at another salon and it was awful. Kayla was awesome. She is a true master stylist and colorist. I love, love, love my hair now! The Iris salon is welcoming, professional and clean. I highly recommend Kayla.

I saw Cate in September and we did a double process with toner. I had explained I wanted to be blonde in front as I have to pull my hair up for work. As she was blow drying my hair she was very quiet. I walked out of there darker than I did going in. The toner sat for 15 min which Im guessing killed the highlights. I paid $234 including tip, the most Ive ever paid for my hair and messaged her when I got home that it needed to be lighter and she wanted me to wait 1 week, then 2 weeks for the toner to rinse out. She wouldnt give me a full refund due to her time and product - she gave me $50. I feel as though she didnt want to admit what went wrong with my hair and Im out alot of money for not getting what I wanted. Buyer beware and go to someone experienced!
