Went in to get my first doze of the vaccine, it was great experience friendly pharmacists.

This review is for the pharmacy, as the rest of the store is absolutely fine. Ive only ever had problems with the pharmacy. Every time Ive dealt with them was a struggle. The pharmacists and techs are impatient and rude and dont try to help if youre having any issues.They wouldnt help me get a refill because of an issue on their end (I made SO many phone calls to figure this all out) even though I had picked the meds up the previous month. They were no help trying to resolve the issue, and then without notice they just closed my account!Every time I talked to them, in person or on the phone, they were rude and didnt try to help me at all. I understand customer service is tough, and there are a lot of difficult customers, but I always try to be polite because I work in customer service and I know how it is. The pharmacists and techs here are just awful.

The pharmacy area smells like a homeless person peed all over the floor. Im about to get my first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and Im totally regretting coming here

I had an employee a few weeks ago tell me i couldnt fill my prescription of pain killers because I was clearly faking it. I showed her the cast over my knee, telling her i recently had knee surgery and i needed my glorified tylenolshe didnt give me my script and the manager had her back, so i called everyone i could to report her and this place

I came to the Walgreens to fill a prescription that was sent over from a Walgreens in Florida and in florida you can pay extra and take the name brand drug. I dealt with the pharmacist named Amy and her manager was rude and not willing to show me the law or explain the situation. They were not helpful and very short with me. CVS was very helpful and showed me the law and helped me. If Walgreens wants to stay in business they need people who are helpful and think out of the box. I will never shop there again simply so I dont have to deal with unprofessional people.

Trying to speak with pharmacist... answer inane questions twice finally on hold after waiting 4 more minutes someone picked up and immediately put me back on hold never did get an answer or help.someone picked up the line and put me on

Please upgrade the photo print machine— besides being slow why do we have to upload our photos on your machine.

Dated store, but very friendly employees. Very small selection of drinks though (soda, etc)
