I wish I had read the reviews before getting a haircut from the gray haired lady with glasses. My hair is long and I had come for a cut after an year. I was really excited and looking forward for a new look. I asked her for suggestions and the reply was due to the length and texture of your hair there is nothing much I can do. Finally I decided to go with layers and she pulled my hair in every direction to cut my hair. It was really painful! At the end, my hair was shorter but there was nothing different and I was really disappointed. I just wanted a new look and I didnt get that and wasted my hair and money! I had great experiences with other members before. I will wait for a few months and go to some other place .

Uneven hair cut by hair stylist name ? Carolyn Brought the issue right away but didnt accept it saying that I checked it few times. Then my family noticed it too. I feel so bad for my 5 yr old who had such an experience.

I have been using great clips for couple of years never had this kind of worst experience.Very rude and this was our first time here and very unprofessional:( Look for other store if you want a decent hair cut. Checked in using the app. The lady called me when she was ready. This store is very particular about safety. You have to sanitize the hand before you take the seat. The hair cut was okay. Overall it was a good experience.

Went in and could not make an appointment. Asked if I could call & make an apptmnt. NO. The nasty gray haired lady said u gotta do it on line. Thats our policy. I left & read about this place. Policy said no one can wait inside. But while I was there, there was someone sitting there waiting. So much for your policies.

I went there yesterday i showed pictures of haircut that i want… and this old gray hair lady with eyeglasses said she can do it.. but when she start cutting my hair it feels like she mowing the lawn i need to tell her to slow down cause she cutting my hair too short…doesn’t know how to follow instructions….

I’ been taking my son for about 3 years now. They keep changing the people all the time.I decided to do my hair cut and when get there, the manager( the one with the really short hair) was too rude to me. She doesn’t have any common sense, she doesn’t know how to speak. It’s wasn’t what she said, it’s was the way she said it. Too rude. She shouldn’t be working with people.

There is this women with gray short hair and glasses. She yelled at us as we walked in :”( ! She scared me. Very rude didn’t let me 4 years old sit on a empty chair chair 🪑 saying it was covid rule. Very rude and this was our first time here and unprofessional. Sad women indeed .

Took quite a while wait time. Was there for 2+ hours, but left satisfied with a proper and cared for haircut. The staff working here are very friendly and care for their customers. Would recommend :)

The stylist was not professional at all. She was rather rude about cutting our daughter’s hair like we were such inconvenience for her. We ended up just leaving. We know it is difficult time but wish she was bit more nicer. We will never go back to this location.

I will never go back again, checked on line with a 3 hr wait showed up and they told me that there were 2 people ahead of me. Came back in 30 mins and all of sudden there were 4 people ahead of me. When I told the old hag that I had 2 ahead of me 30 mins ago and I didnt understand why there are now 4 ahead me she started to screamed at me that its not an actual science. WHAT! You check in electronically!

Stylists are always super nice and do an excellent job. I live close by so the online check it makes it easy to put my name in and be seen in basically the time it takes me to drive over

Use their check in app and reduce your wait times. Ill admit, Im a simple guy...my usual cut is a number two on the back and sides, scissors on top. I get a great cut every time regardless of who does it and Im usually in and out in 15 to 20 minutes.

Kristen was my stylist, she is fantastic. I have had many people complement me on my new hairstyle. Best cut I have ever had.

I go to liz she is great works very hard to make sure u are very happy with her work and has a great attitude I would and do recommend her

I went there twice within the past 3 months or so and the barbers are fighting (supposedly because I didnt quite understand what they were talking about) or maybe just talking out loud. Harcut was not bad and thus one more stars (1+1). Please be little considerate towards your patrons.

I go here once a month and it is always quick and easy, great service and conversation if you want it.

Possibly the worst hair cut experience Ive had. Staff was rude, very unorganized, and messed up my very simple buzz cut. They also would not listen to what my wife wanted for her hair cut. Would not recommend!

First time to the store but very bad experience i had faced , worst recieving from the employee with a lot and lot of hesitation.I just left the store without having my hair cut because i was scared that the employee may completly ruin my hair style with her frustration.
