I had an evening appointment for my son the day before school pictures. Walked in and waited 15 minutes while stylist finished another cut. She then told us she is backed up and wouldnt be able to cut his hair! My son is autistic and getting haircuts is his own personal hell..a lot of time and bribery went in to even get him there! I wish she could have told us as soon as we walked in, it is not a big place, she saw us! Or if she was too busy when I made the appointment that afternoon, then I would have gone somewhere else! By then everywhere else was closed and it was too late. Very unprofessional.
