Theyve been so great. If I need a prescription filled that day they work hard to get it done. The pharmacist has even taken time out of his very busy day, to look at my sons arm, and suggested something over the counter for it, plus told me when I should take him to urgent care

They have a convenient drive up window. Call ahead and let them know your coming so they have time to get your prescription ready. You can also go inside to pick up prescriptions and shop for groceries.

They hung up on me when I tried to call. Pharmacists have seemed to be rude when talking in person or on the phone.

I was on my way home from big rapids and realized I had forgotten something important for my friend. My feet were so swollen I couldnt get my shoes on. I called Meijer pharmacy, talked to Megan. I told her what was going on and what I needed that was OTC and she got it for me and I went through the drive thru. She saved me a great deal of pain from not having to put shoes on very swollen and painful feet. She deserves a shout out! Thank you Megan! Im grateful to you!

I called to have an error made by Meijer pharmacy in hospital. They said oh just go to Big Rapids and it can be transferred from the one we messed up and sent it to. Called about getting it transferred. You need to call the other Meijer. Called them and same thing all over again...No they should be able to pull it up there and fill it. Good grief I just want my dads important meds...he just left Meijer Heart Center. How hard is this job??

They have always made sure all my questions or concerns were addressed when starting a new medication. They even caught a flag for possible allergic reaction between medications when my doctors didn’t. They called them to get my prescription sorted out. Just started a new med and unfortunately can only pick up today on Thanksgiving. I feel bad they are working the holiday, but am extremely grateful for them! Thank you Big Rapids Meijer pharmacy!

I dont know why this Meijer has SUCH an issue. Any other Meijer I go to is extremely efficient, accomodating and communicative. Ive had lost prescriptions, one hour wait time five hours later, cant get an Rx in stock, didnt even know what my medication was even though Ive been taking it for years, Call saying its ready and it isnt, etc. Its worth it for me to drive to Mt. Pleasant to actually get the care I need.

Drive through never available during open hours, under staffed, and rarely have scripts ready.

Every time I come here they give me an approximate wait time. Not once has it been less than double that. I’ve had to wait up to 3 hours after being told 45 mins. Need to find a new pharmacy for sure.

Very helpful although very busy. Lowest prices in the area for any number of medications.

Has happened many times, Take my grandson to Dr,Fever ear infections, Pharmacy drive thru closed,and wait for 2 hours to fill amoxicillan script for sick 2 year old.Scripts should be filled in a more timely manner.

Staff very accommodating but lots of problems with suppliers. Returned 3 different times to get critical prescription filled. No excuse for that when we returned as requested by staff.

Called in script at 4... Went in at 520 wasnt in.... Went back at 615 wasnt ready are you kidding me? A week before that we waited for my sons script for an hour.. this place has problems. I wont be going back.

Drive through is terrible. Also called 3 times to be sure my script was ready when I got there. Waiting in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me it wasnt ready yet. It was called in 4 business days ago at that.

Said prescription would be hour and 10 mins. And its been over an hour and a half even after they told me they put a rush on it still no prescription. Time to switch Pharmacies. Very irritated.

Slow, and never have scripts in - always have things “on order.” Spent 30mins in the drive thru while picking up script.

Every single time i go here to pick up a prescription im allways told 30 to 40 minute waite no matter what day or time its very ridiculous.Hire more staff to get those scripts filled faster

Tried getting a prescription there. Wifes doc unfortunately sent it to Cedar Springs but was informed by the Pharm Tech in BR that it would only be about 40 minutes. We had other things to do so decided just to come back in the morning. The next day they hadnt gotten it filled yet...after a 15 minute wait was told its because it they didnt have it. Would have to order it. So now on Wednesday am told its not in yet. Thursday I check again and they STILL dont have it but show that it WILL be there on Friday. Hey guess what Im told on Friday, nope, not only NOT filled yet, but they cant get what was prescribed...would we be ok with a pill that was double dosed and just break in half. Sure I understand that not every medication known to man can be on hand 24/7...but if youre having troulble filling a prescription, a little communication goes a long way. Shows what they think of their customers....or former customers.Good lord Im glad it wasnt a medication or something...oh wait...
