The dental nurses and assistants where very good and prepared me very comfortably and completely. My dentists were very much explaining and guidance oriented. The Dentist that pulled my teeth, my second time in his care, is a champion.

Went for a fillings appointment. Everyone was real nice and very personable. In and out in a little over an hour. Very clean.

So I had my appointment and when I walked in she told me that I never confirmed my appointment when I have proof that I did. Had to schedule it for a later date. Ive been waiting years to get my teeth fixed and ever time i go theres always a problem. Last time I went in they were gonna do filling but rescheduled it. Thought I was finally gonna go in today because Ive waited 2 months at this point and now I have to wait longer. They ended up giving my appointment to someone else. Very disappointing

Everyone is very patient and kind, I am so thankful I have such a wonderful place to take my foster and adopted kids to. Every one of the kids in my home have varying levels of trauma, and My Community Dental takes the time to make them SO comfortable - they actually look forward to going to the dentist.

I was prescribed an anabiotic that has potentially deadly side effects with the heart medicine I’m on. I was able to look up and find out about these interactions in under 30 seconds. Why couldn’t this dentist office do that?! I basically paid $40 to be prescribed a medicine that could kill me.

Staff is really nice, building is SUPER sanitary. (Especially due to covid19) Very understanding if youre late, they care about their paitents, very detailed with their work. Would always reccomend! They are good with kids too!

I had a tooth removed. And everything went well. It seemed like all safety precautions were taken before and after the removal of the tooth. (Precautions for covid-19 virus). I left with instructions on after-care for oral surgery.

I had an all round great experience. I came in for my upper and lower extractions and I couldnt be more satisfied with the results. The staff is great, they are very friendly, understanding and they are gentle. Angie and Amber are awesome, they were both super helpful, friendly and co-operative with me. Dr. Stevens has good reviews and I will second it. He extracted all my uppers today, took him less then 40 mins, and he did a great job and was very friendly. I highly recommended this place to anybody who needs any sort of dental work.

Everyone at this clinic is super professional!!I really love Dr.Cassie Cao!! She does a wonderful job being descriptive and ensuring the patient is comfortable during procedures!! Also, some of the least painful shots I have ever gotten during a dentists visit. They also are very affordable compared to other dentists offices and they accept Medicaid.I highly recommend this clinic!

My daughter had her first dental work done... 2 fillings and a cap put on today and they all made it so easy for her. She wasnt scared at all. She felt very comfortable. My Community Dental Center in Big Rapids is the best place to get straight forward dental care. This time Krystal worked on Joes teeth and was fantastic. From the front office to the rest of the staff, they have made a world of difference in our detal care.

I never in my life thought I would have fun at the dentist! But today I did! I laughed, relaxed and had my cracked tooth filled without pain. Im impressed with the way I was put at ease and the wonderful job the dental team did on the filling. I also had impressions for an occlusal guard. The price for our low income budget so much better than other dental offices and will save us money in the future. Thanks My Community Dental Center Big Rapids, youve really helped me out! My experience was wonderful! Dr. Cassie Cao did 3 resin fillings on me today. The fillings are smooth, and I can floss easily. She even closed the small gap so I do not get food stuck between my teeth. The assistant, Jennifer, was very awesome too. Thank you MCDC Big Rapids you guys are great!

They are always polite and respectful to myself and my children. They make sure that the kids are comfortable before they continue with the procedure. They also talk with you about your care.

Well, they definitely know how to support the community by reminding me of my appointments so that if I can not make my appointment they can fit someone else in need into that time frame. I was extremely nervous and am petrified of the dentist 😔 I had to have a tooth pulled, but the girl Heather (I think her name is) held my hand thru the whole procedure and made me feel so comfortable. These people are amazing. For ANYBODY like me, who has an overpowering fear of dentists , this is definitely the place to go. I had a mouthful of rotten teeth, at no point in time during any of my appointments, did I come out of the appointments in pain. They put you right at ease the very second you walk into the office .Dr. Stevens is an incredible dentist and no words can express how appreciative I am for all that they have done for me.

I went to this office for the 1st time today. Everyone was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I work in the dental field so I have high standards and the team here met all my expectations. I would highly recommend them!!

I find my experiences there to be mixed. The hygienists are wonderful and the dentists do a great job too. However, the front desk is an experience that literally humiliates me, on the regular. For the most part this is not the fault of staff. I can regularly hear telephone conversations that should be private between employees and patients. There is no window in the front desk and the openness of the windows and lobby cause information to be announced to the entire lobby!! One receptionist acts like she’s never missed an appointment and it’s her job to point out to everyone when you do. This was not the receptionist I had today. Unfortunately the one I had today was piggybacking off the last time I was in the office. Seriously, please get a window!! I should not have to feel as though my information is being shouted across a room and reception should not have to apologize for speaking in their normal voice. That’s why doctors offices have windows!!

Always have a pleasant experience I feel the teeth cleanings and dental work I have had done is very well done Stacy at the front desk is an amazing lady kind friendly and on the rare occasion I ever have a problem she helps me get it taken care of just like that she is an asset to the business and a pleasure to deal with

They have very nice people who talk to you while getting your teeth done. They ask you questions about school and stuff if your in school. They like to offer sunglasses in case the light they use to see is too bright. They are just super nice and I love them! ♡Ciarra Herman♡

I was so afraid to go to a dentist due to how my childhood dentist treated me. I avoided going for years and years. Finally came here b/c I was having unbearable tooth pain. Very happy that I did. I am treated so nicely by everyone. My teeth are starting to look and feel better! I told my sister about this dentist. She will probably be a patient here soon!!!

The people I have met so far have all been very friendly. My questions were answered completely and simple. I cannot give a full review or offer any real opinions as iIam having dentures made and we are just getting started. I am however looking forward to it and have great hopes for the finished product.
