I love being a patient member of One Medical. It is not like being in a traditional doctors waiting room but more like waiting to go into a business meeting. The waiting area is relaxed and nicely appointed. Further, the staff are pleasant and eager to help.It is a excellent opportunity to have a great connection with your doctor and medical staff. This allows you to take full control of your health to be the best you.Oh one last note, they make it easy with an onsite lab for any test that you may need. So its the convenience of one stop shopping, if you will.

COVID-19 testing voice very fast. Results for the rapid PCR test via provided this in less than an hour.The receptionist was helpful. The waiting area is very nicely designed. Parking is free after validation.It was not busy at all on this yesterday afternoon March 2021.

Everyone in this office is very welcoming and friendly. The check-in process is so streamlined that you barely know that its going on. The provider Dr. Kulkarni was right there calling me back within moments is my arrival. She is totally awesome and was not only thorough in going over my medical information but was also genuinely interested in me as a person. I was treated with the utmost respect and I really felt like my concerns were validated. Love One Medical!

This office has been the best Ive ever been to. There is a yearly fee for their incredible service, but its well worth it. Have referred multiple friends here who agree!Its easy to get an appointment, even same day. Their phone app is easy to use for all communication: refill requests, appointments, general questions to the provider, and all the in between.Their billing has been very simple too! Copays are collected up front and any balances are billed in a timely manor.Overall, I always look forward to seeing their smiling friendly staff. They truly are an exceptional office!

And though I generally like One Medical and staff are always friendly, I had a disappointing experience with visiting a doctor, for which I have to pay over $200 now just because there was some travel consultation about my vacation. I didnt learn anything new for me during my visit and we discussed the travel part only for 5 minutes maximum, talking about other things for the rest 5-10 minutes. So basically I have to pay $200 now for 5-minute travel consultation which did not give me any useful information or advice.I wish the doctor told me about possible charges and I wouldnt ask a single question about my vacation.Really upsetting.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have been with One Medical for nearly 2 years, having not needed them much for the first year and a half. However, I came back from an overseas trip, and I went to see Dr. Bruce Olmscheid. He was arrogant, didnt listen to my concerns, and told me that my 3 weeks of stomach cramps were not a bacterial infection so there would be no point in prescribing me antibiotics. He told me that it most likely would go away. I was in horrific pain, but he reduced it to saying youre just uncomfortable.The next day, I suddenly got a fever, which ended up hitting 104 degrees. I called One Medical, they refused to put me through to a doctor -- even though this is something they are supposed to guarantee -- so I had no idea what to do. I went to Urgent Care who suggested I should go to ER. So...I ended up in ER at Cedars...they figured out it was indeed a severe bacterial infection. Two sets of antibiotics were prescribed and it took nearly 2 weeks to fully recover. All this -- plus a bill of over $3k (after insurance) -- would have been avoided if this doctor had simply prescribed me antibiotics. Since this incident, One Medical hasnt even apologized for their lack of professionalism. And now Im stuck with a massive bill.Their technology may be great, but the lack of medical care and basic services are not worth risking your health over. It might cost you more money in the end anyway.

I couldnt speak more highly of One Medical. Love the doctors there and the level of care I get, especially Kate Boyer shes the best!

HORRIFIC SERVICE!!!Saw a doctor at this location, he misdiagnosed me and I ended up at Cedars Emergency room. I called to speak with my doctor, told he wasnt available, and that I should just go to the ER without speaking to anyone. Horrific service. Just go to a regular doctor so you dont end up with a massive ER bill like I did.
