It was over 10 years that I hadn’t comfortably and happily smiled. About two months ago I went to see Dr Joseph Stan for a consult. Going in I was feeling scared and anxious. The consult went a lot smoother than expected. The staff was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable. I honestly felt like I was at home. Usually at the dentist I am hating life but just the opposite here. About two weeks after my consult I went in for my procedure and it went amazing! I am so happy I chose Dr Stan and his team. Was a patient in 2011, and Dr. Stan was nothing but empathetic, professional, and patient. Not sure what other reviews are on about; I had nothing but the best care and i felt like a person rather than a dollar sign. I had to have a lot of work done, and had an entirely positive experience, without any complications.

This is an edited review, as my first one was posted years ago. The reason for the edit is that I am in utter disbelief of the negative reviews posted here. I truly wish reviews were carefully vetted before being posted.Dr Stan is not only a brilliant dentist, hes also a very caring one. I will forever be grateful for what hes done for me and hes done a very extensive work! Some of my teeth were rotten, others were missing and I had a badly sealed bridge.After years of bad fixes and researching a dentist that cared, or at least wasnt incompetent, I found Dr Stan. He was very professional, extremely caring, and would explain all the procedures while doing them. He always made himself available when I had questions or worries as he understood how my previous dental care (or lack there of) had been very traumatic for me.My much needed full mouth restoration was completed 13 years ago, in 2006. Ive been very happy with my teeth ever since.

Dr. Stan fixed my teeth 7 years ago and still to this day I am getting compliments on them. I had a great experience at his office and I am for ever thankful for his precision work to make my teeth perfect.

HE LOST HIS LICENSE AND STILL PRACTICES SOMEWHERE IN Los Angeles . HE DID 6 IMPLANTS AND RUINED MY LIFE. THE IMPLANTS BROKE MY SINUS CAVITY AND THEY CANNOT BE REMOVED WITHOUT DANGEROUS SURGERY AND MY FACE WOULD HAVE A HOLE IN IT WITH MANY SURGERIES UNTIL IT CLOSES. THE BOTTOM IMPLANTS THE SCREWS ARE ABOVE THE GUM SO YOU CANT PUT A CROWN ON IT. 2 IMPLANTS ON THE BOTTOM HAD TO BE REMOVED BECAUSE I HAD AN INFECTION AND LOSS OF ALL THE BONE NOW I HAVE NO TEETH ON THE UPPER LEFT AND BOTTOM WHICH MAKES MY FACE DROOP. BEEN IN PAIN FOR YEARS AND GET CONSTANT SINUS INFECTIONS THAT LASTS FOR 6 WEEKS. HE EVEN PUT ME OUT AND I DONT EVEN KNOW IF HE DID THE WORK OF THE NEWLY GRADUATED DENTIST WITH HIM DURING THE SURGERY DID IT BECAUSE I WAS UNCONSCIOUS. HE STILL PRACTICES WITH NO LICENSE AT A DIFFERENT OFFICE THAT HE OPENED. STAN IS NOT HIS REAL LAST NAME. YOU WILL NOT FIND IT WITH THE CA BOARD OF DENTISTRY.
