I have been a patient of Dr. Stahle’s for over 10 years. She is meticulous, professional and super patient. I can be a really picky and difficult client sometimes, my eye for aesthetic is very keen and she has always catered to that. I never feel uncomfortable or awkward in her office. Whenever I need a new treatment I’m always presented with an estimate before hand and know exactly what I need prior to treatment, no surprise charges. Also, I can’t leave a review without acknowledging CYNTHIA! She’s aaaaaamazing! She’s sweet, funny, professional and quick at anything you ask of her. I never feel like she’s in a bad mood. I hate when I go places and the people that are serving me that’s supposed to be “customer service oriented” make me feel like they hate their job and therefore makes the whole experience really uncomfortable with for me. If I’m going to spend my money and refer people to any business I HAVE to feel like I’m VIP. Not because I’m selfish and self centered, but it’s because I believe that if one is in the service industry then their goal should to always deliver their best, not just in results of their work, but with their attitude and demeanor. Dr. Stahle and Cynthia are always so welcoming and friendly, they actually make going to the dentist feel like visiting a friend.
