Working with Capitol Compounding’s Dr Zachary Phillips and his staff has been a complete pleasure. The professionalism and ability to accommodate what appeared to be an emergency to us, was beyond outstanding. I was referred to this pharmacy by a physician on the west coast, and I live in a distant state. Seemed odd to me, but whatever. Speaking with the staff, it was soon obvious why a physician on my coast would want to continue using them. Unfortunately for me, they are not licensed here and could not legally ship my prescription. I searched up and down for someone who could compound my (apparently unique) prescription. The pharmacist, Zachary, spent way too much time finding someone in my area and instructing them how to properly formulate my prescription. They had to order some ingredients, but it turned out great. Even the pharmacy that I have to use seemed thrilled. Top notch service here. They inspire confidence.

Today I had a wonderful experience working with Zach at Capital Compounding pharmacy. My background is customer service. I understand and recognize great customer service. It was getting late in the afternoon and I really needed my prescription to be shipped today. Zach went above and beyond to make that happen. The pharmacist is incredibly knowledgeable and the staff friendly. My wife orders their KN95 masks and alcohol hand sanitizer, as well as her prescription hormones. I dont review many businesses, but we had to switch from another pharmacy to Capital Compounding and we couldnt be happier.

Amazing service!!! I have been having issues getting one of my prescriptions filled at multiple pharmacies due to a manufaturers shortage. It has been a huge source of stress for me for several months. I called and was told they could get my full prescription in 48 hours. They had my medication fast-shipped so I wouldnt run out! I wish my local pharmacy/pharmacists stepped up the way Capital Compounding did. I will be switching pharmacies needless to say! Thank you Thank you!!
