Dr Bakshi is not an attentive doctor at all. It takes several calls to get an appointment t. Once you get an appointment, he rushes the visit and he doesn’t really listen to his patients. I’ve been to him more than 4 times and I thought it would get better. After more than a year of going to him, I will mot be returning.

My husband was referred by Holy Cross hospital to get a colonoscopy by Dr. Bakhshis office. The doctor forgot to add me to the initial zoom consultation, never asked my husband if he has any questions, always seems to be rushing off to somewhere else. The colonoscopy shows that my husband has internal hemorrhoids, the doctor never explained to him what that is, what to do about it etc. He may be good at being a doctor, but I dont think he is good at building a relationship with his patients. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Called the office number - each time whoever the front desk person answering the phone on 11;30 AM on 10/5/21 would place me on hold and hang-up. I called to follow-up on a bill I received from March 2020 services that I paid for, and was surprised to see another bill. Unfortunately, I am unable to get a hold of anyone. Rude and unprofessional customer service.

Best GI doctor in the area. Very nice bedside manor and knows what he is doing. Just had a colonoscopy, and as always, woke up without any problem. Stayed to go over his findings with my sister and me. Love him.

Dr. Bakhshi is an excellent doctor who knew how to take care of my husband who had to have an ERCP due to gallstones in his bile duct. He has an awesome bedside manner and will explain to you what you need to know about performing the procedure. Hes one of the best GI doctors Ive met in a while.

Got a few surgeries from him and hes been the best Gastroenterologist Ive been to in the area. Zero pain after.
