Ive been seeing Dr. Saba Lakhani since 2010 or so. And I dont intend on seeing anyone else. Fortunately, Dr. Saba Lakhani is always an IN network provider for my dental insurances. So its always been easy breezy working with her.Dr. Saba Lakhani is very warm and welcoming. She takes the time to really sit down with you, have a thorough evaluation and answer any questions you may have. I have never felt rushed or like an inconvenience which is something I experienced often with other dentists in the past.Ive had a billing issue with them in the past, and they resolved it promptly.Ive had two different technicians for my bi-annual cleanings and they are both fantastic. They are always thorough and yet, get me in and out in no time.I dont plan on going anywhere else for as long as I live in the area, and they are in network for my insurance. I have absolutely NO complaints.

This office suffers from extremely poor communication. They cancelled my appointment within one hour of its scheduled time. The cancellation was due to the fact that I had not undergone a Covid test after travel to the Kansas City area, despite the fact that I have been fully vaccinated and followed all federal guidelines for travel. I had informed them several weeks prior to the appointment that I was exchanging my appointment time with my husband due to the fact that I would be traveling. No mention was made about the necessity of the Covid test at the time I changed the appointment. The irony of encouraging people to continue with their dental care through the pandemic and then turning aside a patient who has fully complied with every and all public health recommendations is not lost on me. My husband and I will not be continuing our dental care with this practice.

Wonderful team of dentistry professionals at BCC smiles. Really compassionate care focused on patient comfort and wellbeing. The front office staff are really well organized and manage the covid protocols very well. The space is bright, clean, and feels well-ventilated. Dr. Lakhani always takes time to explain procedures before and during.

Dr. Lakhani is wonderful in every way, personal and professional, she istop notch and someone I have trusted for many years.

Dr. Lahkani and dental hygienists provide excellent dental care. Horrible front office staff; however, with very poor customer service.

Charged for a full cleaning, but didnt get the polishing (stated COVID, but was not informed before I went or I would have gone elsewhere) and charged a $20 COVID fee- when it should have been submitted to insurance. Ovverall, not a good experience with this Dentist.

Ive been going to Dr. Lakhani for years and have always had a great experience at every visit. Her hygienists are skilled and friendly and the office staff is top notch. Highly recommended.

Not pleased with the service. When I first came in, the dentist told me I have 6 or 7 cavities, which she replaced with white filling. I experienced sensitivity for almost several months, switched dentist, replaced all the white filling and even had a root canal on the teeth that was done in Bethesda office. I would say to avoid this place at all cost unless you want to spend time and money in agony and pain.

Don’t think many people would say this but I enjoy going to my dentist. Dr. Lakhani has a great presence and makes you feel at ease. Her staff is fantastic and always professional. She keeps my smile in tip top shape.

Most of us are nervous about going to the dentist but my experience has been nothing but outstanding, her and her staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. I totally recommend!

There’s no doubt that Dr. Lakhani is an amazing dentist and has a great bedside manner. Unfortunately, the reason for the low rating is due to the inefficiency my mom and I have experienced with the front desk. We have been trying to get our claim processed through our insurance and despite many attempts to get it filed, it has not been done. The claim requires a state license number which the front desk has been unwilling to give us (despite the fact that other dentists, including the surgeon this office referred me to, have done so without any hassle). We called the insurance company and they told us they sent a letter to the office that was never responded to. I saw Dr. Lakhani last year and we paid around $200 out of pocket until we waited for our insurance. No action has ever been taken from the front desk to address this matter and my mom wanted to let it go, but I think it’s ridiculous that we are not going to get refunded for this large amount of money because of the inefficiency of the front desk.

We have been going to Dr Lakhani for years and love her and her staff. Highly recommended!
