The absolute best. I have been a patient for over 35 years with Dr Fred and so when Dr Fred retired and brought in Dr Singh I did not hesitate to continue under his care. The whole office staff is top notch and friendly. Dr Singh is professional and goes the extra mile to explain and answer all your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Singh.

I always enjoy my dental appointments at Promenade Dental. All of the employees are very personable and professional. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and my hygienist, Sue, is great. I have been going here for years. Dr. Fred was the original owner of the practice and when he retired he picked Dr. Singh to take over the practice. It was a great choice - my husband and I really like him.

Dr. Singh is a very personable dentist with a warm, caring disposition. He has been trained at outstanding dental schools (U Mass and Tufts) so I trust his expertise. Additionally, other dentists consider him to be one of the best dentists in the local region (see the certificates on the wall in the waiting room!). The staff is courteous and professional. The cost for services is completely in line with what I have paid to my previous dentists in the Bethesda area. I won’t be changing dentists again!

I have been a patient of Dr Singh starting this year, when all my previous dentists either retired or disappointed me. Dr Paul, as he likes to be called, is a fabulous, patient, caring and considerate professional. He is didactic, explaining clearly and with illustrations, the treatments he proposes. He is mindful of a patients financials, looking for ways to lower costs without endangering the health of the teeth. I am sure that very soon, it will be difficult to get an appointment with him, so get on the list at the start of his practice. He has a great background, and a wonderful sense of humor. His hygienist is the best one I have ever had.

Dr. Singh is absolutely fantastic, and so is his staff. They genuinely care about you as a patient, instead of just rushing you in and out. If you want a dentist that truly cares about your dental health and your experience as a patient, I cant recommend him enough.
