This experience of a facial was not good left lots of blackheads and white heads extractions aren’t really extractionsso many products are rubbed into your faceand the towels used on face stink.and the atmosphere isn’t quiet you can hear the noisey mall noise…honestly just was disappointing

I had a wedding to attend to, so I looked online frantically to find a good spa that would rejuvenate my skin and refresh me. I was lucky I came across Infinite Beauty Spa and to my good luck, it is just off the Democracy boulevard. I went there hoping for a good service and came out extremely impressed. The staff was attentive fo my needs and knowledgeable and the lady who catered to me also gave me tips on how to care for my skin better. Love the place, Ill definitely will be coming back.

They have different personnel since last time I visited but they provided the same excellent standard. I feel energized as I feel my facial skin come alive after a routine appointment. I visited this place and was happily surprised by the quality of care and attention I got on my first appointment. I have tried other places but this place is really exceptional. My cousin used to sing praises of this place as these people got rid of her stubborn acne problems that used to flare up quite often. I finally gave in and gave them a try , and was I glad I did! While I didnt suffer from acne, I however had issues with my skin. Within a few weeks the results were visible. The girl who catered to me also seemed knowledgeable and friendly and recommended some creams that would really help me. Excellent service!

Infinite Beauty has an amazing sensitive skin facial. I have been to several places and left with my skin irritated because they had not understood what I was telling them! Not here, Tina is super professional. Ive had nothing but good experiences and absolutely adore the place.

The only time I have is during the middle of the week, which is my day off. I make sure that I get my appointment a day before just to make sure I can fit my other tasks to suit me. All my anxieties and tensions just vanish after a thorough session at the Infinite beauty spa. The people here actually are passionate about their work, and it shows in the results.

This place is a scam. The small rooms that are being used for the service are very basic and the walls dont go all the way up, so you can hear all the noise from the mall while you are getting your facial. Very stressful. However, the worse part is the facial itself. The entire time is spent while the aesthetician applies various products on your face, rubs the products into your skin rigorously, cleans them with a wet towel, and moves on to rubbing the next product into your skin. That goes on for 45 minutes. No steam onto your face, no extractions, no massage, no attention to your neck, nothing like that. If you know a thing or two about a proper facial, you will know immediately that this is not a place to come back to. At the end of the treatment they will try to sell you products. Stay away. A big waste of time and money.I am adding to my original review, a week later - to the credit of this establishment I got a phone call from the office manager immediately after I posted my initial review. She wanted to know in detail what went wrong with my facial, and apologized profusely. She gave me my money back, and offered a complementary facial to make up for my initial experience. At least they really take customer satisfaction seriously - I was pleasantly surprised by all the steps she took. I wish that we didnt have to get to this point, however, now that we are here I am very satisfied with the way the situation was handled.

This place is a joke. First I was brought into the facial room, which is a storage area. Very unprofessional and just a mess. I was told my facial included facial extractions and what they mean by that is they just use a vacuum machine that sucks the dirt out of your face; it isnt powerful to take the gunk out of your pores. After my facial was over I was taken over to a salesperson who wanted to sell me $500 worth of products (Note: it was only 2 face creams). I kept saying no, but he kept trying to shove them down my throat. When I said NO, the sales person look offended and asked my why I couldnt afford $500 for 2 face creams, when they had treatments that ran all the way up to $7500. Dude, I have to eat and pay rent. I dont know what planet they live on to think everybody can afford a crappy facial and $500 for 2 face creams.

The customer service here is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
