Great gym!! I enjoy working out here it’s always clean, they are aways friendly, they have nice equipment, and it’s convenient they have tea’s and shakes. I would recommend this gym to anyone!!

This facility is steadily improving with new ownership the place is kept spotless , new sanitation stations all over. New cleaning spray without a harsh smell , great atmosphere Very nice people I recommend this gym to anyone. Extremely affordable compared to other gyms ,low overhead its always a great workout when I come been going for about 2 years now but the difference from when I started to where it is now and the changes made are night and day.

The owners are nice and the people there who workout are cool

Love this place they have a lot of equipment and they also do shakes in the morning tell 2 pm every day

Great little gym

Over all this gym is VERY CLEAN!, and is also under new management. Prices are super affordable and 24hrs open. All the equipment is fixed and up to date. Large selection of free weights and machines. Im from San Antonio, but i have family in OKC, this my favorite gym and i always come here when im in town.SUPER NICE people, great quiet environment, not crowded at all, i just wish they had a location in San Antonio , but I absolutely love this gym

The ladies here are wonderful. They make teas for me that arent even on the menu when I want to try something new. They have great recommendations too!

DO NOT go to this gym. They have a lack of equipment and a lot of it seems old and needs repair and the owner(Pam) is in no hurry to fix anything. She also is a VERY judgmental and hateful person who will kick anyone out in a split second for violating any of her policies WITHOUT warning. She obviously thinks she is God and thus perfect so if you so much as step in the door and breath and talk to anyone and just exist or look at her or anyone in the wrong way she will kick you out as she does not show ANY mercy. NEVER EVER in my life have I EVER been kicked out of a gym. I cant stand judgmental hateful no mercy people like her. The owner, Pam, needs to go to church and learn mercy.

Nice little gym, has everything from cardio machines to free weights, went with my bro we were the only ones there no waiting for anything enjoyed It, Vasa is always a option as well, great prices for everyones needs 23rd an penn

Good place to go to get your workout in , opened 24/7 with badge access. During normal business hours they have a supplement counter available.

I love its Open 24/7 and the customer service is awesome. They also have full equipment but their isnt a locker room.
