They service was better when they were In Oak Park myself & daughters going here they left first and changed site but I’m convinced the service at all of the has fallen over the years

I started coming to PCC when I found out I was pregnant because of their midwives and birthing center. I in turn kept my daughter here as well because I like that they respect my natural parenting style but they never have appointments available! They open their availability month by month so there’s no way to even try to book an appointment a month or two in advance. If you have them put you on the calling list to make an appointment the automative system will call you every other day to book your appointment when you call and they say nothing has been opened yet! And when the schedules open not even a week ago they claim they have no openings not even emergency openings. My child was born with a few medical conditions so you can only imagine my frustrations. Currently looking for new peds office because this is ridiculous.

Another appointment only clinic. All these places are milking this b.s. Even vets do this and my dog had life threatenin issues and vets would say i could set an appointment a month or two ahead. e.r vets also make you join a 5hr waiting list. The way clinics work you need to plan the day your goin to get sick and set appointment in advance. Swear my visit wouldv taken like 10min of drs time at most. And i live a block away frm here and walgreens. They should include appointment only to their name pcc south family appointment only health center that way ppl know before coming in.

I have been in this clinic for 10 years and I have never had problems making my appointments since I have a baby and for her appointments are constant there are no appointments and when I make an appointment at the time I can, they change the appointment without consulting me about changes in the schedule the day of the appointment I call because an email arrives where it says another time I call the clinic to say that with what right my time is changed and without consulting me and nobody knows anything in the office that this is my schedule and point you go or you are not going to your appointment that is bad very bad service in the office this is very annoying..

Came to dentist office for my kids and the two doctors were super sweet. Miss Tuschor and Miss G if Im not mistaken were amazing. Thank you!

This location needs to be closed down end of story ! 1. Every one here is very unprofessional& rude2. There’s lack of communication with in the office ! And it’s very disorganized!3. The office opens at 8 ! Why are they not answering the phones Untill 9 !

I regularly came here when I was pregnant. I was seen by Katherine Herald from when I was 16 weeks pregnant up until I delivered my baby. She assisted my all natural birth at West Suburban Medical. As a first time mom, I could not be more satisfied and comfortable with the service I was provided. If and when I do have another baby, I wouldnt mind coming here again, even if it was 30 minutes away. The rest of the staff were also warm, friendly and approachable. Really thankful for this place!

The care is fantastic. There’s no brushing things off or minimizing issues. You can tell the medical staff there genuinely care about helping people. And if you’re not feeling well they talk to you and try to get to the root of the issue. I rarely write reviews but I’m genuinely so impressed. My only issue is the people working at the front desk. They’re really..well...lazy. They definitely put minimal effort into contacting doctors when you’re feeling ill and are dismissive about any doctors orders and referrals to specialists and even accused me of abusing pills cause they didn’t know how many days were in three months. They are often abrasive on the phone. I won’t deduct a star because the healthcare is great and that’s what truly matters.

I absolutely love my Dr. Reading some of the reviews I have to say I have experienced the rudeness from other employees. I was considering going to one of the counselors, then I MET one of the counselors. I was with my friend at her appointment, and he came in. He was so rude to me, and when I found out he is an actual counselor I thought no fricken way am I going to come talk to anyone with an attitude like that. He had no idea I am a patient as well.

I really love the care Im receiving from the midwives but theres always a long wait. I understand theyre a busy office and the midwives have emergencies and deliveries they need to take care of, but I never know if Ill be in and out in an hour or 3 hours. Some days it can take multiple calls or being on hold forever just to get through to the operator to ask a question. Otherwise, I think this place is great.

Always have nice visit from ALL the staff! My questions are answered so I understand. I would reccomend to anyone searching for doctor. Close to home and bus stops right in front. AWESOME experience every time!

I had a really pleasant experience with Dr. Castro and the medical staff. They were warm and friendly, and very competent. Generally my interactions here are great, but I did have a run in with a VERY rude receptionist. I spoke with one of the doctors pertaining to the issue, and she followed up with the medical director for me. I was happy overall with the resolution of the situation.

I came to this PCC because it was right up the street from my home and I could get an appointment quicker then I could at my normal doctor. I went simply for confirmation that I was pregnant and sure enough I was. I had my second appointment with them just about a week ago and I was expecting to get scheduled for an ultra sound just to confirm that everything was going good and get a better estimate of how far along I was. They didnt set up an ultrasound and they did only half the test they were suppose to do for my first trimester and I was told I would have the results at the beginning of this week and I havent gotten anything. By the time I have my next appointment which wont be with them my doctor told me I should have gotten an ultrasound and a full exam neither of which Ive gotten from this place. They are friendly but I want more from service and for the care of my unborn child and I cant get that from them.

1 star less just because of midwife Mary Kay,never had good experience with her..Personally i like the clinic for the services from other staff. Im very much satisfied with Midwife Katherine Herold. Shes really nice and very professional. 5 star for her..

I have been coming here for 7 years.The dedicated attention and service to patients have declined drastically.Yesterday, as I was finishing up my childrens yearly check up the Dr says to me to go somewhere else if I do not do what the clinic wants for my children. (Per her pushy recommendations)If I agree with their suggestions she will continue to see my children. If not to find another office.Im looking for a new office asap.You dont need to tell me twice.So much for being committed to families and the community.The original staff that started 7 years ago is no longer there anyways.Should have been my first clue.I do not mind driving out of my way for a better dr / patient relationship.

I like the midwives I see but it’s sad that I still have to give two stars. The bad review is solely based on the wait !!!Let me explain what happens every time based on an example of day.My appointment was 10 AM.I get there 15 minutes early as always because they say you need to.So I’ve arrived at 9:45 am.It was 10:55 and IM STILL WAITING TO SEE A DOCTOR. This is unexceptable. And happens every single time. This is not right. Patients have things to do outside of the appointment as well like work. Kids. Etc. this should not be happening. If I wasn’t 20 weeks Already would probably switch!

So disappointed with this clinic some of the staff not all of it it’s very rude and there questioning is just so inappropriate and out of place .Especially Leticia one of the nurses in this clinic .I wish I was able to give 0 stars not attending to this clinic anymore.Jacqueline the reception hangs up the phone when i told her i want to speak with a manager to handle the situation.

The APNs (ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSES) THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. TRY A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I AM AN RN AND EVERYONE FROM THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS TO THE APNS ARE RUDE AND USELESS. I HOPE THESE LOSERS GET A TASTE OF THEIR OWN MEDICINE WHEN THEY ARE IN SERIOUS NEED OF MEDICAL/MENTAL HEALTH ATTENTION. ***DO NOT SEE FERNANDO VELASQUEZ OR CRYSTAL COLE FOR TREATMENT.***

They are very disrespectful on the phone. They Give you the run around for no reason. They also talk very sharp to you. This kind of service or non service is a total turn off.

I went to the doctor Monday because I been having fever since Monday until yesterday, Saturday and a bad sore throat and I also had a urin infection and I mention to the doctor but he said it was dehydration and my hormones due to the fever and sweating. By Saturday I went to see another doctor and I already got canker sores from the fever and a urin infection therefore she put me on antibiotics right away. That’ clinic is the worst ever

Well to start, the desk phone operator had a very Dead, bored and just Mad communicating skills...You can hear in her voice she did not care for what she was doing And that is something that worries me for your wellness center. I had booked an appointment for Tuesday. the day before on Monday....on Tuesday (The day of my appoitment) I recieved a text confirming my appoitment for Wednesday...I was confused so I called and Another, different Stupid woman tells me that my appointment was for Wednesday Not Tuesday...As I kept telling her no, sorry, U R WRONG i did not even speak with U yesterday.. I called to say my appoitment is for today So what can I do.. I was called back by one of the therapists who also proceeded to tell me my appoitment was for Wednesday and that he could see me today at 3:00 (Tuesday)?..This frustrated me a little as well...So as I was set to the day and time I had already been booked...? I blocked this wellness centers phone number on my phone and disregarded the appointment from my plans..I JUST WANNA SAY GET NEW PEOPLE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES, MAKE APPOINTMENTS, BECAUSE CLEARLY THESE GIRLS DONT CARE PLEASE SEND THEIR TIRED ASSES HOME. And dont be soooo sure next time U think the person CALLING FOR THERAPY is mistaken when infact Your staff is Mistaken, and have poor work ethic...Thank you

I started going there because i wanted to deliver at the birth center. The faculty are very nice and the security has always opened the door for me. I love Dr Castro and Dr DeHoek, and all the midwives. Janelle the Lactation counselor helped me so much and is very supportive. I only complain about Dr natasha diaz is very pushy, wants u to do what she wants and the lab make mistakes so be sure to know what theyre supposed to do and ask them before they give you the wrong shot or make u take the diabetes test twice (this wouldve happened had i not asked and been on top of things). But i love that they always let me stay in the room to breastfeed my son

Never would I go back to this place in my life, one family member recommended me this place a couple years ago because of the good service they provided. Yes it was very good service, but now they are incompetent and all over the place. Two months ago I went to PCC wellness in Berwyn to have a test done. Dr, Villacorta Vanessa was my temporary doctor. All she did was talk about her experience dealing with the same problem I have. After she spoke for 20 min she said your time is up, I told her I had more concerns to go over since she took most of the visit talking. She said no Im sorry you can reschedule another appointment. I told her i came to get a test done, she asked one of her nurses to do it. As for the rest of the concerns i had, she cut me off and said to make another appointment. A month later I went back because they had not called me back for the results. when I got there they said they had no results because they have no records of my test. I spoke with one of the nurses to see if they can redo the test. The nurse told me I had to make another appointment and pay for the test again. I said why would I pay for the test when you guys do not have my results. she said I dont know there is nothing I can do, i asked to speak with the manager she said shes not here. she was cutting me short and acting careless. I said well when does she get here? I dont know was her answer again, she did not have the courtesy to stand up and go find out for me. I just walked to the front to ask for better help. I had to wait 40 min for the manager to get there. When the manager (Maria) got there, she was not the best help either. She said she was going to document what happen and the director was going to contact me about the incident. its been two months I have not heard from them. I could tell that she was very careless as well, she has the decency to tell me we learn from our mistakes yeah, i dont want to be their experiment. If someone dies would they learn from it? Very unprofessional service. A month later one of my Mri test came back a different doctor from PCC calls me telling me all my results were normal. A day later my new specialist calls me and tells me the results were not normal. That is the kind of service you will get at this clinic. Time is vital and can sometimes save your life when you have an illness. Dont put your life at risk with mediocre service and go somewhere where they will care about your health.

Very rude over the phone, hung up immediately and gave a snobby attitude.

Thanks pcc I really felt very fortunate to have had you in my life, without a doubt, you are the best midwives and by no means did I change my experience. the hospital of my second son I was one of the first to relieve myself in the pcc clinic I really loved the unique experience of having a zero stress pregnancy so familiar with comfortable really confiscated this clinic

I go there for 7 years in that clinic taking care of myself, my husband and my children and I like it Very clean, very friendly and very good service
