I love coming here! They make cleanings so easy, not to mention they’re awesome with dealing with my very inquisitive 4 year old. Jose did a great job explaining the function of everything in the office to him! Definitely going to continue to recommend this dentists office to my family and friends.

Dr. Shaan is AMAZING, along with his assistants Tatianna, Jose, and Eddie. My son and I have been coming to this dental office for many years, my toddler loves coming because the environment is so welcoming and they make sure to make it a pleasant experience. The doctor walks you through everything he is doing which is a big deal for a small child. My most recent visit was a deep cleaning in which it was painless, quick and I could immediately see the difference in my gums. I can’t forget to exclude his office assistant Karen. She always greets me by name and I feel so welcomed. She has always been so kind since day one. It really just feels like a big family there. Overall, I am so happy to have such a great dental team!

My 7 year old loves this place! Just went in today and hes already asking when he can go back. Says Dr.Shaan and Eddie are his friends and honestly they are pretty great! They go above and beyond making my children feel comfortable and they are super friendly. I also love how patient they are with my children and of course they get the job done. Dont hesitate, this is the place to go too! Thank you Dr.Shaan, Eddie and all staff for your hard work, appreciate it!

To some people coming to the dentist could be unpleasant or even scary. This was my experience in the past, but since I have been coming to this office now for more than 5 years, my experience has beyond extraordinary. The front desk, the dental assistants and the dentist go beyond of their call of duty. It is always a pleasure coming to the dentist. A big shout out to Tatiana and Rosie for helping out today.

I had many appointments here within the last couple months, and every person I have had contact with here has been great. Starting with Karen, who is always nice and helpful on the phone and greets you at the front desk. Dr. Shaan is extremely patient and takes the extra time to answer your questions and makes sure you feel comfortable. I must give a special shout out to Tatyana, who was there with me from the beginning to the end of all my dental work. She is so easy to relate to, yet manages to stay professional. The girls at the front desk are very pleasant in person and over the phone. I moved from the area but still drive to them for my son and myself . As I’m writing this review I got a call from crystal to make sure I received an email I was expecting. Great customer service !!

Had another great experience at Brite Dental. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. Crystal at the front desk was eager to help and answered all my questions. This particular visit was for my 9 year old son that was a little nervous but Eddie made him feel comfortable and smile. The dentist my son saw was reassuring listening to all of my concerns and also worked well with my son.

Dr.Shann and Eddie have made my dentist visit very pleasant! The service is amazing all around. Will continue to come to this location.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Everyone here is absolutely friendly, welcoming and very nice. I have been coming here since my soon was 8 and he now is 17 I had a very bad experience with another dental clinic near the area so I tried this place and absolutely love it. I also have two more little ones who I bring here they are very patient and kind when working with the kids.my husband and myself also come here. I absolutely love this place. Dr. Shawn preformed the second part of my root canal. He was extremely gentle and made everything as painless as possible. His staff was excellent providing the best care possible— from his assistants in the room helping with the procedure to the front desk being ever so kind. Everything in place was within the covid-19 guild lines creating a safe environment. I would highly recommend Brite Dental and look forward to my regular check ups at their office.

I was referred here by Maria Lara and Im glad I decided to give it a try. Had to take my 2 yr old daughter for her check up she usually hates people touching her mouth shes very shy around strangers so I thought the worst but thankfully she did amazing! The staff was very friendly and helped keep her calm and smiling. She was very excited to get her goodie bag at the end of the visit. Needless to say she likes the Dentist office she says she wants to go again!

This place right off the back is extremely unprofessional. I tried calling to ask about their root canal services and this lady named Karen clicked on me as soon as I started talking. Whoever put this lady in the front desk shouldn’t be working there if she can’t even answer the phone right. She’s lucky I wasn’t there in person because I would of made sure she heard me the first time. Lost my service right away and I won’t bother to waste my time here.

Unpleasant visit! My X-rays were done without the bitewing sensor instead the sensor for the X-rays was inserted into my mouth and the X-ray was just aimed to where it might be located in my mouth. The doctor walk ins introduces himself as Dr.Sawn. Looks into my mouth for what about is less than a minute and says “prophy”. And I have not been to the dentist since 2019. The “prophy” that was going to be done was a POLISH. The type of cleaning that would be done to a child who is 3 years old. I am very disappointed as a patient and upset because I felt as if the Dr didn’t even take a good look inside and actually see what’s was going on. I have been a patient of Brite dental and I was not pleased with this appointment.

When I lived in AZ, I had a dentist that I regularly visited for years, loved, and was sad to leave when I found myself relocating to the Chicago area. But I also figured it wouldnt be so hard to find someone comparable, given how small a place I was coming from and how large Chicago and its suburbs are. Seven years and four or so dentists later, I feel like Ive finally found a dentist who Ill feel comfortable and happy going back to.Staff were friendly and professional, quick but never rushed, and made sure they were gentle in their thoroughness. I felt incredibly respected while there. Im once again looking forward to seeing my dentist every six months.
